Also for me I think u can tell when someone is a player and when they aren’t, within about 5 mins of watching them, so wonder if anything will come of these boys

How young was 'Rocco' out of interest?rocco vata (son of rudi vata) is in the celtic youth ranks apparently.
Only other rocco I could think of rocco Quinn but he appears to have retired

Could be wrong but boy to left facing camera looks very like that Dillon powers?
Number 10 was he playing number 10 or up front ?? Sounds promising
Glad someone went, so thank u!
I'm unsure which boy you mean (which picture?) SuperMario.
10 was playing as a very attacking midfielder.

'Rocco' might have been a nickname. I may even have misheard. You have to mind the conditions weren't great, both weather and surface, and it really is a false situation where teams are flung together, not knowing each other. But 'Rocco' didn't seem to get into the pace of the match, maybe frustrated by the pace of the wet surface and the heavy passes he was given.
All the lads had decent qualities, but we have to keep in mind they were mostly trying to impress as individuals, and at times they overplayed the ball when passes were on.

For whatever reason, I felt that boy didn't speak English. I never heard him say a word.
Has D Powers not got lighter hair? In any case, that boy didn't look any better than others on the pitch.

Went to Ochilview, interesting enough but not so much that I stayed to the end.
There seemed to be quite a few foreign trialists, and several of their family members were in attendance too.
From what I could tell, Stenhousemuir only had two regulars playing, as there was a team sheet given out to their directors, only with the Warriors players' names.
United fielded Deniz in goals, who had little to do in the first half but made several good one on one stops later in the second.
I reckon it was Keiran Freeman at right back, very tidy player who was vocal with encouragement throughout: only he didn't seem to know all the names!
Of the central defenders, number four who seemed to be getting called 'Ty' looked sold and steady. Here are the back four, with a midfielder who may have been called 'Paul' in shot too: As an aside, there was no sign of Dillon Powers on the park. The other two lads (3 & 6) on the left side of the four were young lads, as was a subbie, possibly Ross Graham, Jake Davidson and Nathan Cooney.
Midfielders looked tidy enough, but difficult to judge as it was unknowns v unknowns. However, a lad 'Rocco' on the right seemed to struggle and was subbied (as were others), perhaps an indication that he and we will have to try elsewhere:
Surprisingly, Osman Sow started up front but never seemed to get into the speed of the game, and was replaced at ht by Logan Chalmers. Chris Mochrie also came on as did another young player whose name escapes me.
Another couple of foreign lads looked able without standing out to me.
However, the number 10, who scored the only goal that I saw as I left around 80 minutes in, did impress me: he has the blue boots on in this poorer picture following his goal (Osman Sow is probably the only recognisable face to most here):
Robbie Neilson and Gordon Forrest watched on, as did Tony Asghar, and folk who I reckon were family associates of the trialists sat in proximity. I got a word with the Director of Football, strictly on informal terms. He's a good guy.
On the Warriors side, I was told that they were only aware of the first names of United players: whether they are given a rough team line, I don't know.
PS: for some reason I thought the number 10, who was very skilful and covered every blade of plastic, was maybe called 'Gordon'.

Could the number 4 (Ty) be nickname of Powers i.e.Tyrone?
Edit: ignore as just realised he's a midfielder.

The guy facing the camera in 2nd last photo is definitely Dillon Powers. Was he any good?

If it is him, he was quiet on the park: I was listening for a US accent but heard none. In terms of ability, as earlier stated the windy and surface didn't help players show their skills. The lad in the photo played more on the left of centre in midfield, looked strong and kept possession, but when it came to distribution he, like most others, found conditions difficult.
It wouldn't be fair to judge a player simply on last night.
If it is Dillon Powers, I'd be no use picking the culprit in a police identity parade.

I searched his name on google then had a look at images. There was at least one where if it’s no him his dad must have been wandering.

I'm not the best witness, not recognising Mr Powers, but I did say that the 10 seemed to be called 'Gordon', which is similar to Jordan. However, the boy with the blue boots had longer hair, maybe in a band and a centre parting, and didn't look as tall as the Jordan Lennon above.
Put together a couple of poor zoomed images here:

If you trust my 'vision', I'd say that was the lad. Very busy player, nice touches and direct. But remember, the conditions weren't great.
FFS, I've got to go out in the wind and rain and try to 'Guess the Player', and folk are just telling you who we've got on trial while you sit in the warm? Suppose that's why you are the Owner of the Site, and I'm a mere serf.

To be honest, he was a bit of a tanner ba player, which is why his style caught my eye.

Dillon Powers is to be offered a contract is what the courier is reporting.
I wonder if a deal will be done before the Partick Thistle game on Saturday bearing in mind international clearance needed as well.

I would think Saturday would be too soon but you never know.

Got a good feeling about him. He’s got the same birthday as my dad.
