Derby Tickets

On sale at 5pm immediately after the game.

Who makes these decisions? Tannadice will be absolutely empty on Saturday now.

Massive own goal from the club.

Re: Derby Tickets

Absolutely nuts putting them on sale at 5pm tomorrow if you ask me.

Already seen a good few say they are not going to the game to queue for tickets. So how many will this knock of the attendance for tomorrow and the amount that will leave early?

There will also be a decent Dunfermline support tomorrow and the queue for tickets will be along past the away buses so expect that to be absolute carnage also.

Re: Derby Tickets

I don't know why United don't just have 1/3 of derby tickets on sale online only on Saturday night, 1/3 available from telephone sales only on Monday then the final 1/3 only on sale at the shop from Sunday for walk-ups and punters without internet access??? St's 1st.

Any left over from these options are then offered for general sale on Tuesday, again split the same way. I'd reduce the total allowed to 5 per person as well using these methods. The idea would be to try to cater for everyone's tastes and offer everyone more than one chance.

Too much commotion

Re: Derby Tickets

Make the start of the queue on the track round the pitch so no one leaves early, get all the unsold pies and hand them out to the queue foc keeping everyone happy.

Seriously tho to keep it simple for Out of town ST holders it makes sense doing it at this time, making everyone go in person doesn’t.  They know who ST holders are its not difficult to keep it to 1 per ST holder.

It is one per season ticket. If you want 10 you need 10 season tickets on you to get them.

It's too late unfortunately.  Being honest, the tickets that are going on sale tomorrow will be sold out tomorrow imo.

Probably, or very close too sold out.

A poor result tomorrow and the players will be ducking out the back door I think with the queue across the road.

Re: Derby Tickets

It’s a good job that I’m not going to the derby game. I wouldn’t have time to queue for tickets as the wife has arranged for us to go out at 7 tomorrow night and I’ve got a near 40 mile drive home.

Re: Derby Tickets

Only main stand tickets remain.

I am quite surprised that we have not sold out as of yet!
