Got round to watching this.
Enjoyed it.
Mrs Tek said to me at the end 'Was that really needed'?
As in she felt the last episode of 'Breaking Bad' tied up everything nicely. And she's probably right. It was perhaps unnecessary.
But i liked it because it was good just to see Jesse as the lead character as oppossed to Heisenberg.
You seen from this movie that not only was his character tough and tenacious. But he was also very smart and quite fearless.
He deserved his 'happy ending' after recalling the utter Hell he had been through i.e. losing the love of his life...being tortured and held captive in a cage etc. It felt like the character had grown up and was finally at peace with himself in the final scene.
As a big 'Breaking Bad' fan it was great to see the small cameos from Mike and Walter White.
Pity, Saul Goodman hadn't made it in but hey ho.
I'm more of an opinion with Mrs T on this one I'm afraid - didn't mind it, some good bits but probably a bit unecessary for me.
