I was only 12 then and tried to get there to no avail. I was gutted. It was only £50 for your bus & ticket and could have used my paper roond money.
£50! Seems fuckall nowadays & was decent at the time. Wuznae allowed without an adult & parents wurnae intae fiba n' family who were had tae work.
Still....

If I mind right, it was £25 ticket for quarters, semi and final but a season ticket got you in back then?? Cracking deal for season ticket holders if i'm right......
