Am I the only one who thinks Camara flatters to deceive? Seems to run around like a headless chicken and when he does get the ball more often than not his passes fail to reach the intended target.
Looking at the bottom six, we have Aberdeen and the Dees, which should bring decent gate money.

Maybe recently he's tailed off but certainly earlier in the season he was very influential, won the ball back well and seemed to be one of the few who can find a teammate with a pass. He does get caught out of position a lot however, but at least does work his socks off to get back behind the ball when he loses it.

We've already played Aberdeen at home twice but it looks like someone will have 3 trips to Tannadice this year.

Likely to be Livingston

Some like the split, I don't, but if we must have one, you need to either have the spilt earlier and allow everyone the same amount of home and away games v each other, or increase the league to do away with the split altogether.
It's also created a false sense of achievement, "Woo hoo, finished 5th or 6th with no chance of Europe!" Unusually this year there's probably 4 teams in a relegation playoff fight, and one relegated, it's not always the case, so there's teams playing dead rubbers.
Yes there will/might be dead rubbers in an 18 or 20 team league, but we could afford to bleed Stirton, Cleall-Harding properly, wouldn't need to put so many out on loan, wouldn't be buying players off Eastern European Asda whoops trollies.
Probably all points for another thread on another day.

I agree it deserves a thread of it's own but I like the current league and I like the split. In saying that I'm liking the split a whole lot more if we're in the top 6 because the bottom 6 is shite.

If we'd have made it this year, based on the results needed from the weekend and the coming one, we'd have been on 43 points and have a 3 from 5 chance of being at someone's title party and no chance of Europe.
As things stand we've a chance to either officially relegate Livvi, or condemn Dundee, Aberdeen, Killie or St Mirren to a playoff.
If we're not going to have something oursleves to celebrate, we might get to revel in the misfortune of others?
I'd always rather be top six, than bottom. but if it's only a wee bit more prize money on offer, then it does seem a bit meh.
Edit: There's also a 3 from 5 chance we could've fucked up a title party I suppose.
