Camara on the bench yet Farrugia starts.

Watters starts.

I give up.

Edit to add, can't see JR listed in the squad

Russell has a calf strain apparently.  3 at the back what Joy

3 at the back isn't always a disaster if it gives you 3 midfielders eg 352 and it worked fine against Dundee but against Celtic you need two conventional fullbacks so a back 4. It's a back 3 today like you say 🙁

I dont think it worked that well at all against Dundee tbh, they got in behind a few times and the boy Iovu is fucking brutal. A walking yellow or red card, the amount of times he lunges out then has to bring the opponent down is diabolical, amateur stuff.

I'll give him his due,  he was excellent today 👏

Yeah. I was talking about the system not the players we play in that 3. although I still think it was effective last week. Agree 100% with your comments. If we still had a fit Gallacher and Holt, with Camara Agyei and Svelj in midfield sure play a back 3 but these bombscares no chance.

Yeah agree with that, but I'd be much happier with a flat back four and proper fullbacks to cut out the balls into the box, that way we can still have 3 midfielders and some threat up front. 3 CBs just isn't working and we still allow free headers all the time. I think we are the worst in the league for goals from set pieces too, perhaps a flat tackling might clear up the confusion and let people do their jobs properly? Fuck knows, but I know it's time for change and come full time that noise will only be louder.

Terrible home support. Hope the club are paying attention, that’s the future under Goodwin.

Celtic are there for the taking big time today.

Get Sapsford and Dolcek on the pitch before too long and try and win the game.

Plus Tierney can't last 90
But our use of the ball yet again is shocking

But just got better😄

3 minutes was the delay for the Donovan injury. We'll see how much added time Celtic get.

Great performance, great result. Celtic probably the worst team (apart from United) I've seen at Tannadice this season - maybe Aberdeen back near the start were worse.

Re: Dundee United vs Celtic - Sunday 22nd March (12.30PM)

A really excellent team performance and deserved victory. For once we managed to close the game out, just imagine if we could have done that more often. Great to shut those cunts up and renewed optimism that we can shut the other half up next game too. Ferry and Agyei best players on the park for me but the much maligned( by myself mostly 🤣) defence all did well today too. Keeper did OK but almost had a Kucherenko moment, but about time we got a little luck. Celtic have had their title party so often at Tannadice so it was really nice to fuck it up for them and see all those tripping pusses 🤣🤣

Get it right fucking up them!

Also, absolutely no chance there were 13000 in Tanny today 🤣

That's also us safe from automatic relegation now but I'd think we should also now be safe from the play off spot.

Re: Dundee United vs Celtic - Sunday 22nd March (12.30PM)

Every player can hold their head high after that performance. Iovu and Agyei the standouts for me but excellent all over the park. When was the last time we beat Celtic twice in one season?

A massive 3 points after the results yesterday also, really don't want dragged in to that playoff fight this year. Could be any of the bottom 6 teams finishing 11th but that more or less seals the deal bar a freak run of results.

Looking at Falkirk's run in, it's a shame we're at Ibrox next or there'd still be a fair shot of putting some pressure on them.

Re: Dundee United vs Celtic - Sunday 22nd March (12.30PM)

First off that's as bad a Celtic team as I've seen for a long time, slack passes everywhere. That being said I don't want to take anything away from an excellent performance. Thankfully when we went 2-0 up we didn't go ultra defensive and instead kept creating chances for ourselves. Agyei, wow what a performance. Fatah and Ferry very good also and some nice runs from Farrugia aswell.
