There are few keepers out there that win you games (Raya being one), but we certainly don't need a keeper that costs you games. I like Kucherenko, but he ultimately cost us points too often so had to go. Richards looks like costing us points if he plays consistently. I think he's been kept on as a stop gap as Adams is clearly not rated/developed enough to be the back up, but I, in no way, think that Richards can be anything other than a bench warmer.
A park bench perhaps 🤔

Just seen the goals, that's pathetically weak from Keresztes, he tries to shoulder barge Lasange rather than play the ball and falls over like a wee lassie, not for the first trying time to be too smart, just play the bastard ball.
Richards, that's fucking shocking, it was probably catchable, to parry it out was ridiculous. Worst Welsh decision since they voted in 41 arseholes on Thursday.
Then you open up the Courier online to find Graham has signed on again and talks re ongoing about a longer deal.
If you didn't laugh..........
I've said it already but I'll say it again, Keresztes is an absolute fanny, soft as fuck. Get him away to fuck to one of these clubs that covet him apparently. That said, Ross Graham should have done a lot more at that first goal too. Instead of trying to block the shot he turned sideways and made himself as narrow as possible, not good enough at all.

I'd keep KK, Graham and Iovu (short term). I've seen enough from them to know they all have potential and haven't reached their peak. We do need a leader in there though as Ross just hasn't cut the mustard on that front (probably too young for the gig). I like the talk of Kerr, Gordon or both. I'd also keep SCH and Dewar but get them a gig in the Championship on loan. Bert's lack of pace or ability to head a ball isn't outweighed by his leadership abilities so he's offski. The leadership vacuum could be filled by a directive keeper. Talk of Walton back would be fine, but I don't remember him being particularly vocal. He also wasn't great at coming for crosses, which worries me as we don't have a Declan Gallagher who wins 95% of aerial duels - which has been a thorn in our side all season. If it's Walton, we need a commanding CH in the air. Kerr or Gordon may fit the bill?
Of course that's all predicated on playing 3 at the back which seems the likely formation given Jim's peg isn't as shoogly as it probably should be.

Had the dode fox podcast on this morning but wasn’t fully paying attention, did they say Aberdeen are wanting to sign Richards?? Surely no

Trade for Mitov and all is well.

I do wonder if this defence had a better keeper behind them all season would they have had more confidence and been better?
But then I remember Graham against Dundee, KK against aberdeen and Iovu every other week and it is clear they are just all prone to massive lapses in concentration, ridiculous decision making and just generally falling over when they need to do something important.
I would like to see RG in a more experienced 2 or 3. But I would bin KK, Iovu, Bert and Richards.

Iovu is the best bet to make it for me, yes he's had his moments, but he's a big no nonsense Scottish lump type, bar that daft moment v Livi, he generally just defends, doesn't try to be smart or think he's better than he is.
On that note the ref tomorrow is doing his first premeirship game since he gave Iovu that ridiculous red v Spartans. Steven McLean on VAR as well.
