Some clarity from Burns and Temple that Vassell is 'an option' but no contract has been tabled. Apparently the start of next week we will see likely movement in the forward positions.

UKR goalie in the building but won't be playing tomorrow as they think it's too soon. He'll travel with the squad to Holland next week.

VDS and Stirton are minor knocks.

I'd take a punt on Ollie Pearce from York City in a heartbeat.  He would be a perfect Dalby replacement IMO

 
I'm sure he'll be snapped up by a league one or two club who can pay much more than we can

I don't think ' missing out' on Vassell is enough for the full on Ferringo but maybe a few members of the club might opt for a bit of Ballistic Bob  ( Chewing the fat) .
At the very least  a post or two reminding the Goodwins there is only 18 days to the European match

Not at all bothered about not signing Vassell, would rather have kept Louis Moult.

 
I’m kinda wondering if we’d have been better off keeping Moult for another year as an option. Given most of our signing are coming from abroad, they’re all gambles, and probably at least 30-40% of them won’t work out. With Moult, you at least know if you keep him fit, he’s more than capable of getting a decent number of goals at this level. So if the strikers we sign don’t work out, you’ve always at least got him to turn to.

I think Kyle Vassell would’ve been a great signing, Killie captain and a proper hard man who knows the league. Think he could’ve paired well with the range of Sapsford, but couldn’t blame him for going to Colorado, decent for him personally. A proper box dominant attacker is needed, with the team we’ve got it’s looking like it’s side to side play, our team looks big and athletic, now we need a striker who can stake his claim in the box.

This post post i'm making is adding to it, but does anyone else see there's been a new post on this thread and get their hopes up that we've signed at least one of the 5 forward thinking players we need?
