I’d like

another striker
back up for Sibbald / Docherty
and / or a back up RB (Grimshaw maybe back up in CM)

Tilson / Denham back to parent clubs
Birighitti off the books

1/ - Watt, Birighitti, Denham offski
2/ - 2 x Strikers
3/ - 1x Utility player/hardman
4/ - Closer look at Morrison

..... we're hamstrung till we can get rid of Watt and to a lesser extent Birighitti.

- We might be lucky and get one from that list.

I still want rid of Watt.

In an ideal World i would like two Strikers.

One with pace and one target man.

We also need a RB.

Right back position needs strengthening, at Freeman's age he should be playing everyweek. Either out on loan or off the books.

Denham and Birighitti will both be the first out, again the won't be hard to deal with for me.

Tilson can head back to RC, weve got to get someone with more technical ability.

Can't see Watt going.

The above will create a budget for a CM with a bit of dig, a right back who can also fill in at CH and a striker.

Hes got to get out if he wants anyone to take a chance on him, if he goes the full season without a squad number it's not a great look for him.

That said he will probably not get another job in football unless its back down under.

need a right back in and an attacking midfielder that can add a few goals and assists.

Tillson and Denham back to their clubs, if we’re in a good position then a few pre contracts handed out.

Think Birighitti is out of contract at the end of the season, picked up an injury a couple of month back but hopefully it nothing to serious.

Whatever happens don't let him pick up any weights during rehab, we all know what will happen.

Reckon we need back up down the left, unless he’s willing to give Duffy a run but deffo a winger needed. An actual good alternative to Sibbald/Docherty, as stated elsewhere Grimshaw which means a RB.
A RB for cover.

Goodwin needs an alternate system and one that puts a striker on with Moult but if not a competent sub for him, but who are you getting in January that’s willing to move from one bench to be getting 15/20 mins a game and play v Raith away.

Out of contract next Summer and only featured twice in the league for Peterborough this season.

Get him on loan in January. Massive upgrade on Tillson.

He's definitely better than Tilson. I wouldn't play him in front of Docherty or Sibbald though.
Anyone (if there is anyone) who comes in in January should be good enough to be a starter.

Returned in mid November but hasn't made a matchday squad since.
