Much the same as Saturday but I would tinker with the shape a little and play Djoum and Sibbald as sitting defensive midfielders.
Hopefully Fletcher is physically and mentally fit for tomorrow night, he's a real leader up front.
We need the same fight tomorrow night, so refreshing to see us match up physically against that lot on Saturday. There are no place tomorrow for any half hearted shite so Harkes and Watt should be nowhere near the starting 11.

George Fox stand almost sold out for this, looks like it’ll be a good home support

Thanks Tek. That's where I'll be "watching" after Sportsound. Spent the past twa days in bed feeling as seek as a parrot.
Must be a Jonah. Missed the Killie gehm coz or the Covid, and we scoffed them. Hopefully a similar result the night.

ET and GF practically sold out and a display set up before.
We’ve backed the players, time for them to back us.

Well that settles it then. Eh'm officially the Forum Jonah.
Eh'll just hide under the covers everytime we've got a gehm on.

Good result considering its's always dross teams we struggle with.
Great first 25, good in spells thereafter. Some great build up play.
When we closed down well it worked, when we sat back it didn't - how simple's that.
MOTM for me Oor Wullie. Geez he works hard.
Fletcher, Middleton always lively. Liam steady as always.
Birighitti touted himself as sweeper keeper before he turned to shit, this game he come good, integral in first goal, some great long balls.
Harkes usually steady 6 1/2 out of ten or outright anonymous, tonight 7 1/2 - good to see. I'm actually pleased when he's niggly and sees yellow.
2 well worked team goals & glorious corner.
Clean sheet (must have been a toe nail in VAR offside decision), brings goal diff back from shithouse category to on the improve. Good goal diff always worth a point.
Good stuff.

Great win
Thought we were actually better against hearts
Goalie for me looks miles better than before the World Cup break, harkes I thought was excellent tonight along with sibbald, Fletcher leads line so well
Back three had a few dodgy moments, but playing against that lump white is always a tricky game
Thought djoum looked decent when he came on, unlike Tony watt - looks like he has completely chucked it tbh, spoke volumes whole squad went round pitch and he went straight down tunnel- not a good look at all
Same team Monday

Massive result and performance.
Brilliant diving header from Mulgrew, just something about a diving header. Marvellous 👍
MOM for me though was Scott McMann, I thought he was excellent tonight.
It's also worth noting the keeper, thought he was very good. Couple of wee things but that is much more like it.
Final thing for me was Tony Watt, looked to me like a guy that is heading for the exit door.

Brilliant win tonight and very good performance too in spells.
Our passing is much improved the more the season has went on. No more tippy tappy shite where we take 25 passes to get anywhere near the opposition box. We are now moving the ball fast and well and some really nice pass and move stuff tonight and one touch football.
Delighted to see us mix our play up also and just sometimes hit the ball long. We were getting a good bit of joy from that actually, with both Fletcher winning headers and flick on's and at times Middleton, Harkes, Smith and McMann finding pockets of space on the flanks and getting forward to good effect.
Despite being worthy winners on the night i also feel we carried a wee bit of luck and got a couple of the big decisions on the night in our favour and at crucial times in the match. Their boy completely blowing their chance to equalise when 1 on 1 with Birighitti, them not getting a penalty to equalise when Mulgrew handled on the goal line, and lastly their goal being chopped off to bring it back to 2-1 (boy looked onside to me).
That said, we were the better team and some of our play was very good indeed at times tonight, and that was without Behich and McGrath in the team, two of our top players.
Birighitti looks much better post-World Cup and looks much more assured, his kicking also seems all of a sudden really good also. Kept pinging the ball long and accurately. Far better to get the ball up the park quickly, we actually look so much more attacking as a whole team now.
Special mention also to the often maligned Ian Harkes. Thought he was excellent tonight and my MotM. Unlucky not to score in the match. The 3rd goal delighted me btw. A great team move. And delighted for the hard working Sibbald to grab his 1st Utd goal.
Even Djoum wasn't bad when he came on. Unlike Tony Watt however, who as others have alluded too looks finished at Tannadice. His 16 minute cameo was awful and he constantly slowed things down and lost the ball. I think he'll be away in January and i hope that means we are bringing in a new Striker who will actually bring us goals and compliment the new pace and movement we are seeing.
All in all a good, good night that finally got us off the bottom of the table (let's not go back there this season please).
To end on one final positive, brilliant to see the 'Singing Section' finally get off the ground and put into the correct section of the Stadium. This has for far too long just been talked about and not supported by the club. So, it was great to see this group start in earnest this evening and even though they were small in numbers this will add greatly to the atmosphere at Tannadice and is hopefully just the start of something in terms of growing the numbers of the group and the atmosphere in the ground improving overall as a consequence.

Harkes pass for the first goal is incredible, just seen it back there
Really impressed me last two games

I'd hardly use the word incredible to describe it, decent maybe.

Completely agree, tons of time to lift his head and find Middleton who was in acres of space.
Some touch from Middleton all the same, playing with a real leader up front can only benefit him.
One or two other things and on the subject of incredible passes, Dylan Levitt.
I am a massive fan of his and he had another quite game yesterday however managed to play two or three passes that were top.drawer. Fox was right the other week, we need more from him. He is critical for us if we want to stay up.
Finally where has Peter Pawlett gone?
