Re: Utd v Celtic - 28/8/22 (Noon)

Our midfield is soft as shite.
Harkes, Meekison , Levitt not a tackle between them. When your getting a doin  you stand on their toes, push, shove leave a foot in but absolutely nothing like that happened.
Can Ross turn this round, without a few players who enjoy a tackle coming in the next few days I would say no.

Just suffered our biggest ever Tannadice defeat and you're on your high horse (as per) talking down to every cunt.

Fuck off.

If you were a Tory you would be calling for Boris to stay on.

Re: Utd v Celtic - 28/8/22 (Noon)

FFS what can you say about the past 3 weeks or so.

Phuking disgraceful. Virtually all of these players do not deserve to play for our club. If they really are not “playing” for the manager then GTF you’re  letting our club down and the thousands of Arabs who follow and pay to watch that s.hite. There is something seriously wrong with the whole set up and looks like Ross will have to be binned, but these players are massively culpable.

Absolute shambles from them all. Pathetic.

Re: Utd v Celtic - 28/8/22 (Noon)

How we have went from one of the tightest defences to that shit show is outrageous - we have most of the same players at our disposal, so its clearly how we are set up to defend that's the problem. Our full backs push forward and leave our defence exposed, need to either play 3 at the back and allow full back to push on or stop the full back pushing forward and leaving us exposed.  Been the same since the Livi game and not been addressed!!

Also i swear i saw us today have a zonal marking system in open play, 6 united players marking fresh air as the celtic players stood off in the space that was left.  If we are going zonal in open play then we are fucked this season as its just a disaster and everyone will have worked it out soon.  I'm no expert but have never seen what i believed was a zonal system in open play, let alone one that works.

I think JR has two games to get a result or he is gone - it cant go on any longer us leaking goals with none being scored and worse still not enough chances being created!!

so pissed off with today and other recent results been hard to try and be rational with my comments!!

Re: Utd v Celtic - 28/8/22 (Noon)

I thought I'd hold off until I comment.

This has gone on long enough.
Looking at the whole situation....

Recruitment of manager and players - painfully slow. I thought it was a pretty successful window. The players, on the whole were quite positive. I wasn't 100% on sibbald or middleton but generally thought it was good. Always thought we needed a cdm but it never came.

Ross - has a good reputation and masterminded one of our best performances in years, then an almighty crash.

Asghar - oversees everything so has some responsibility but as above. The recruitment was positive, talent wise. Could he have quickened up signings? I don't genuinely know. If a player wants time, there's not a lot else they can do - wait or move on. I don't buy into the idea that he's a rangers fan, thus he's destroying us from the inside. I guess people are lashing out because they are angry.

The players. Can be motivated or hate ross but the fact that they are letting the team get pumped every weekend is a shocker. They really need to carry the can for a lot of this. Where's the pride?

If, as rumoured, there's friction between the players and Ross, it needs sorted out. Whether players or Ross go, it's clearly come to a point of no return.

If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all.

Watt and Mulgrew(particularly disappointed in him) having a laugh during it was a slap in the face to the fans.

Watt in particular can get himself to fuck.

He’s either flicking through Instagram and just “liked” without thinking (which still isn’t great) or worse that he is pissed off at being dropped and laughing or taking pleasure in his rival shipping 9 goals. If it’s the latter then that’s a worrying dressing room dynamic.

The club can’t say anything considering they retweeted a Celtic fan account saying tight game today could have been anyones.

I have the screenshot but can’t post it for some reason.

Re: Utd v Celtic - 28/8/22 (Noon)

Can't believe any United player would be stupid enough to like those posts so taking with a large pinch of salt.  It's not as if it's beyond some of our rivals (and potentially some of our current players...) to think this was a good wind up.

Anyway, it would just be scapegoating a boy who wasn't even playing and, beyond being mince, has done nothing wrong in accepting a contract from Tony.

There is only one man to blame for this shambles.  He's brought in Ross and the majority of the players.  If there is an atmosphere, he's created it.  Big Tony has to go.  There is no other option.

If Tony goes, the Ogrens go. They will probably want their money back too.

Be careful what you wish for.

Will they want their money if we go back doon to the Championship?  Because that is the only place we are going.

Doubt it.  If true then he'll be back off to Oz before the month is out.

Can you stop this "If Tony goes Ogren goes as well pish".

Ogren is about £10m into United, how exactly is he going to get that back if United go into a nose dive decline?
If he eventually thinks that replacing Asghar is going to improve his investment then he will do it.
