Was gonna ask the same.

Also did Pawlett take a knock last week?

He took a few tbf, not sure if he's injured though as he doesn't usually last a full game anyway and he did run his bollocks off so might just have been knackered

Re: Ayr Utd vs Dundee Utd - Saturday 14/8/21 (3pm)

Want to see 4-3-3 again regardless of what the actual team is. If either Chalmers or Pawlett are out, Sporle deserves his place. Can sometimes be a good out ball for away games and can offer a bit of 'unpredictability' in what is likely to be a stuffy game.

For me, keep the team as close to last week as possible and give the same line-up a different challenge to see if we're on to something or not with them though.

Chalmers i like as a player.

But he's proving to be a player who's (unfortunately) very injury prone.

I hope it doesn't effect his career.

He is very slight. An injury can happen for a number of reasons but i would like him to be a little bit more robust. I say this with nearly all of our players though. You don't need to be built like the side of a house but if you're not absolutely spot-on technically, then having more physicality and fitness can only be a good thing.

Lifesanocean made a good point the other day. Two young players who really blossomed quickly in our first team were Goodwillie and Appere.

Both really hit the gym and have looked after themselves. And i know the latter has just been injured, but stands to reason the stronger your legs and body are the more punishment they'll be able to handle.

You're being affy kind. I really hope nobody is paying money to watch that. The worst streaming I've ever seen. Total garbage. How hard is it??? Seriously?? I can get clear as hell facetime calls from the other side Of the world but blurred crap from a professional outfit?

Ken m8.

Camera operator must be a robot or p1ssed as a fart.

When the ba's on the far side of the pitch, he zooms OOT, and ye canna mak oot phuck all that's going on.

The footage keeps drifting awa fae the play. No even in the right half at times.

The defending for the Ayr goal was pathetic.

Re: Ayr Utd vs Dundee Utd - Saturday 14/8/21 (3pm)

Hope that's no normal service being resumed. The ba being passed back time and time again. When there's 7 teammates in front oe ye, how can that be the only option.

Pretty dire stuff the day. Creativity and pace virtually zero. All over the place.

Ye get the feeling that theres times the players dinna ken what to dae we the ba. A lack of urgency was prevalent for a lot oe the gehm.

The number oe times we had men in the box, and the defenders and midfielders just passed it side to side instead oe putting into the box. Nae wonder Shanks wanted awa.

Once again Ayr United made us look airy fairy.

We win on Penalties but that was woeful.

Mochrie missed I think... won't blame him - a young lad stood up to take the pressure when more experienced lads didn't...

We are through which is the main thing but tam canna be having user positive match reviews after that. Fans have eyes and can see when we are p!sh
