So from this I'm guessing there's no allowance made for fans like myself who would not be able to use an actual season ticket due to location but also can't watch the games on livestream normally because they live in the UK. If so I think the club are missing a trick and some extra revenue. Unless I'm completely wrong of course and the new agreement means that UK viewers would be able to watch the streams? Anyone able to enlighten me?

The Scottish Premiership clubs will create a ‘virtual season ticket’ for the 2020/21 season, providing an alternative source of matchday income while social distancing measures prevent fans from attending matches. During the 2020/21 season, each Premiership club will be able to sell a package to season ticket holders to watch all home games.
From SPFL statement, nothing mentioned about non season ticket holders in statement that might come out in due course though

How we gonna all see away games if they're not on SKY?
Will Sportscene still be able to show at least highlights as part of this deal? Fucking hope so.

Some points to highlight:
- Home games played behind closed doors will be available to adult season ticket holders as part of the season ticket package, including those who have already renewed for the season ahead. (strange they specify adult - why does that matter?)
- Dundee United pledge that if three or more home games are held behind closed doors during Season 2020/21, those who purchase a season ticket they will receive a credit equivalent to 1/19th of their season ticket price for each match missed from the third match that can then be put towards either the overall cost of a season ticket or match tickets for the 2021/22 season (great gesture)
- Significantly, buying your season ticket will also ensure that you are prioritised for attending every home league game where restrictions are placed on spectator numbers due to social distancing regulations. (very encouraging)
- includes the ability to view live games at the same time as they are broadcast on Sky for those who don’t have a Sky subscription. (brilliant - as a non-sky subscriber this makes me very happy)
Hopefully people don’t take this the wrong way, but maybe the club might charge the season tickets which are cheaper may be £5 per game Or something along these lines! Not sure how that will go down, just need to wait and see what happens
On the rest of the points totally agree, very encouraging
Would that not be classed as ageist? Penalizing someone for being a pensioner.

Buy a virtual ticket for an away game. Just like can be done already on many teams online tv channels which arabzone usually charge £8 for overseas viewers.

I would presume that if BBC still have a contract then nothing would change but for the pittance that they contribute for their highlights package and in general their attitude to Scottish football, with their half arsed show on a Sunday night they might decide that getting their employees tested that it’s not worth the hassle.
This is an opportunity that United can’t let slip and an investment in club TV can become a regular source of income for the club.

The revenue this could generate if the product is professional could be massive for the club. Kick offs any time at the weekends without boozers being open, it a no brainer, what else are people going to do.

That’s fair, otherwise chunts would take the piss buying kids season tickets left, right and centre.
