"Rangers were and remain open to discussions about reconstruction and acknowledge the growing mood for change across Scottish football."
The amount of shite coming out of these cunts is truly astonishing! Never given a single fuck about anyone other than themselves, should be fucking embarrassed to write this shite!

Quite simply: If Sevco were 13 points clear at the top of the SPL and ours and Hearts positions were reversed so that we were the club facing relegation...... They would be absolutely fucking screaming for the league to be called and dancing on our grave before we were even buried! We know this, they know this, every cunt in Scottish football knows this. How are they not fucking embarrassed to suddenly be standing up for Scottish football on the whole and sporting fucking integrity!
Sooner these bastards die the better for everyone 🙏👍

What do you think the end of this will be?

Sevco will be proved to be spouting shite, the league will be called as it is now, Celtic will be champions as is deserved and Hearts will be relegated as has happened in the other divisions, Hearts will threaten legal action but it will all fizzle away before getting to any court case and they will fuck off and lick their wounds.
Sevco will hate us even more, Hearts will hate us too, football will eventually return and we will all stop giving a fuck and start loving the game all over again.
The end 😉

I can't see Hearts having any real legal case.
It's in the SPFL's articles that they can call the league as they see fit.

Yeah me too 😂
Forgot to add the possibility of 'Dawn of the dead' part 2 😂

Mibbee somedy could correct me on this if I'm wrong, but is it not the case that an SPFL team cannot take court action against the League.

From memory, is the issue not to do with UEFA? A club can take legal action against the ruling body, but UEFA take a dim view, with the threat of suspension from their competitions for the football association (it's the SFA which nominate the clubs which compete in Europe). Might have this totally wrong, right enough.
The old Rangers took legal action against the SFA in 2012, but they and the new version play more fixtures in the courts than they do at Ibrox, and it appears UEFA turned a blind eye on that occasion.

I have a fear the league is going to end up being declared null & void.

I obviously hope not but theres that lingering doubt in the back of my head that the more this spfl nonsense goes on then courts will knock it on the head.

This is a fast moving situation, lockdown will start to be loosened people will get back to work and attention will turn to when we can start playing again.
The financial need to see the new season start asap will see support for investigations, independent or not dissipate.

Lower leagues have already been called - I highly doubt there is even 1% chance of Null and Void happening. It's been mentioned numerous times early on in the process and was quashed as a possibility by the SPFL and the majority of clubs officials (many of them who said they'd actually be in favour of it, but after looking at the league rules etc realise that this cant/wont happen).

Null and void would surely mean no prize money (of which the Glasgow pair get 23%) and no European places for anyone either.

I know it would mean that but as I said I've just a lingering doubt that it may happen with all these diddy clubs releasing statements every hour or so lol. The longer no decision regarding the premiership the more nervous I get.
I should really mute Ewan Murray and Tom English on twitter.

They can ask the league for a review, of sorts, but it would be an 'in-house' investigation and the likelihood is that the league would simply uphold their original decision.
However, any aggrieved club could then ostensibly take their case to CAS, who have a track record of finding in favour of clubs and individual sportspersons over governing bodies like the SPFL.
In the case of Rangers, they took their claim against UEFAs 'three foreigner' rule all the way to the European Court of Justice, and won. They felt as though there wasn't enough Scottish talent around to make them competitive in Europe.
Wouldn't have thought they'd hae the money to go through Court system.
Hope they bankrupt themselves.

English Premier league have now ruled out null and void, this should further cement the zero chance of it happening up here.
By up here, I obviously meant up there 😂

There is no chance the SPFL will go down the 'Null and Void' route.
Rangers will lose this vote tomorrow and the SPFL will step in and call the season in the coming days, using using average points per game system.
Hearts will try and fight it legally. They won't get very far imo.

What a shambles this has turned into ( what else did I expect?)
Seems like every club is looking ONLY at what's good for them and not what is good for the league...
Glad united are keeping quiet tbh

Vote went well then 😂😂😂😂

For me, it was a motion with the worst of intentions and motives, expressed with rancour towards individuals rather than what was actually required, an assessment of how the SPFL could be improved.
The media didn't help the issue, making the issue about Sevco rather than change for the better. Of course the way that fat mess of a chairman at Ibrox went about the business and set down the motion probably alienated clubs, while Scot Gardiner at ICT has made an absolute arse of himself, distancing all the other clubs in the Championship and beyond.
Again, and it's a personal opinion, I don't think Doncaster et al are doing a good job, and they have helped create the monster which has now turned on them: the SPFL is doing a very poor job in many areas.
Right now though, the football authorities deserve a wee bit leeway given the difficult and unpredictable health situation, but they should have released the minimum achievable prize monies to all clubs and taken their time to decide how to operate the leagues for next season, in my view.

The breakaway to form the SPFL was flawed in creating the voting system that needed baith ugly gready sisters to agree to allow real change in Scottish futba based on keeping the majority of the cash.
One bum cheek is well scelped & affy sair.
I'm delighted this shite system has stopped us from potentially being fucked over for once.
Hope Sevconians boycott Tannadice too.
I'd be worried tonight if that vote went the other way.
