Re: QotS v Dundee United - 4/1/20

Solid performance yesterday where most of the team got 7/10 and IMO Robson, Clark and Connolly where our stand outs in what was a pretty average but very stubborn performance.

Couple of points-
Benji was a bit flappy again yesterday and needs to command better than yesterday.
Connolly put in one of his best performances for us and stood up when Counted.
Nicky Clark again put in another good shift and looked technically decent and his expierence showed at vital times to mix it and also at the corner we scored the goal from he looked to have gave their lad a wee shove to win the corner.
Robson improving by the week and I could not have ever imagined the day where his name was one of the first I looked for.

Finally to avoid sitting in the traffic I hung about after the game so that my wee lad could meet a few players. Robson has took a sore one around his eye which will be shut over this morning I would imagine, Connolly was walking fine, Benji is about ten foot tall and the team had Dominoes pizzas on the way home.

A lot of injuries now but what the hell lets keep on winning...

Someone saying on east football that it's rumoured Robson fractured his eye socket in Saturday’s game

If that’s true then it’ll be no Harkes, Butcher(?) and no Robson. Gonna test our resolve. Just hope there’s no panic if we do lose.

It's not where you're from it's where you're at.

There was a picture of Robson doing the rounds on Twitter on Saturday night as he sat on the team bus.

Had a bit of a shiner emerging for sure.

But didn't look bad enough for him to miss the Partick game.

Hope not anyway. Unless it really developed over the next day or two.

Butcher cannae be fine: he's suspended, surely?

The SFA usually update the suspension list first thing on a Thursday morning, but didn't bother last week. I wonder if their favourite clubs maybe aren't playing for a week or two, so they don't give a toss?

Pat apparently the slate was wiped clean and he is fine to play. He is now only 4 bookings away from a suspension now.

Re: QotS v Dundee United - 4/1/20

After the 18 games, half way point in season, all bookings are basically scrapped and unless you don’t get the 6 bookings before the 18, you can’t get suspended

Not that clever Pat at current accumulation rate season bookings 8 9 10 and 11 will have him banned by game 25 or 26....

By which time the league will be wrapped up, cunning plan indeed 😉

Re: QotS v Dundee United - 4/1/20

I can't find anything to back up the claim that bookings are wiped in January.
