Aye just having a laugh, but one thing's for sure, we are seeing a side with more winners in it and the fear factor that hung over from the Csaba days is fast disappearing.

Might forego Euro millions ticket and put £2.50 on us then!

Quarters are guaranteed to be Der Hun II at Greyskull. Will need to score 5 to beat their 4 penalties. Bring it on.

I can see it now. We conquer the huns in the quarterfinal but we have to play Celtic in the semi at neutral Parkhead

Re: So what's our odds then

I'd just like us to win convincingly next week, not only to progress in the cup but to give our squad confidence for a possible play off meeting, also to sow the seeds of doubt in theirs too.

Very good point. Tbey appear all over the place at the moment,  hopefully that remains the case when we play them.
They play home v Motherwell Wednesday, before we meet them at the weekend

Hopefully they take one or two knocks/niggles.

Re: So what's our odds then

After 24 games in 15/16, we had 14 points.

St Mirren have 12.

They are worse than we were, they must be downright rotten.

I don't even know who their best players are, if they have some. Certainly not the team we struggled against last season.

It will be interesting to see how we fair against a team bottom of the big league with a similar points total to the dees and only other potential playoff possibles, Hamilton.

That's a good stat, and summary of their abilities. They lost their best player in the window too (Hammill)
