Re: Atmosphere at tannadice

Totally agree with Arab and Bowers, if it's going to work it has to been done in the correct way other wise, like it has before, it will just go tits up. I do think however with the right input and set up that it can be a huge success, the potential is there for it.

Re: Atmosphere at tannadice

Notice on another thread they have dug up the pitch at Tannadice and are in the process of reseeding it atm, great opportunity to sprinkle a few thousand caps into the soil to improve the atmosphere for the 1st home game and while we're at it cover the goal posts and advertising boards with bubble wrap too for extra sound effect

Hear their shout, hear their roar
They've probably had a barrel of ale and much, much more
Hooray, hooray, hooray, yeah
Over the hill went the swords of a thousand men

How do we afford this though?I hear you ask.Well why not think outside the box.Could we not look into possibly getting a local building contractors to carry-out the work for free and in exchange that part of the ground is renamed the (for example) Morrison Stand (Morrison Construction) for say 10-15 years with free advertising all over the ground and in hospo boxes etc etc.

Maybe never a goer, but nothing ventured nothing gained.

The club should always be looking to improve and stadia and fan experience is as much a  part of that as anything else.

Not the first time the club have taken one of my ideas and ran with it.

Won't be the last either. Still, it's a good idea and refurbishment is long overdue in and outside the stadium.
