Yet another defeat for JackSi.
Now Rock bottom of the English leagues.
Non-League football awaits for poor York.
Has there ever been a worse Manager+Assistant Manager?

There may have been worse, but never have such useless people been so well paid.

RELEGATED.

According to a close pal of Jackie's dad, he has a budget one and a half times that which he had at United with York.
I'd say that must be pish, as he's signed the likes of Derek Riorden and Danny Galbraith: maybe he's dressing up his failings as positives. One thing he can't disguise, he's a very poor football manager.

Good riddance.

Noticed none of his media friends linked him with the Celtic job during the week ,after all according to them he did a great job for us ??agree with LAO on this one !

His Post match interview:-
Everybody's down naturally, and don't think it's just about today, I think their Season, I think the day kinda summed a few things up, what's went wrong, erm, you know, again yeah disappointed, feel for everybody connected with the Club.

Tells you everything about him when he refers to them as "their" and not "our"
Already trying to avoid the blame for them going down---little rat.

And yet somebody on Radio Scotland the other night was still trying to say he was hard done by at United. Can't remember who it was though, think it might have been thon Keith Jackson.

jackie continuing to make headlines
Further to your thread ‘which managers have helped send two clubs down in one season?’ from 2008, it is to my dismay as a proud York City fan that a twist on this undesirable feat has been achieved by our manager, Jackie McNamara,” writes Paul Begley, fittingly emailing from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. McNamara started the season at Dundee United, also relegated (from the Scottish Premiership), taking five points from the opening nine games. “Is McNamara the first manager to relegate two teams in the same season in different countries?”In a word, Paul, yes. No other manager has started a club’s slow march towards relegation, hopped over a national border and finished the job with another club, apart from our Jackie, who remarkably remains at the helm at York City, despite his own unenviable personal record this season

Absolute chancer right enough.
"He pleaded guilty to travelling on a railway between Edinburgh and York without obtaining a ticket."
Also, "Reports then emerged that he did not take training on Monday, with the duties handed over to assistant-manager Simon Donnelly and goalkeeper-coach Craig Hinchliffe.
McNamara was criticised by some supporters after being pictured by the GentlemenoftheRoad Twitter account, picking up his new Audi A7 from Edinburgh car dealers Pike and Bambridge on the same morning.
The tweet was later deleted, but not before a City fan had taken a screen shot.
McNamara gave no explanation for why he had not been at the session when he returned to the club's Wigginton Road training base on Tuesday.
The club are currently two points above the National League relegation zone."

8 wins out of 46 in charge. To be fair, a "positive result" with a record that bad would be a dra'!!! I look forward to reading what his Scottish Media apologist pals have to say and more importantly who they blame. Paddy Power have the Salesman at the Embra Audi Garage at 3/1, but the Virgin Trains Conductor favourite at 6/4

On the job market very, very soon by the looks of it.
Team Talk: See you guys, if you want me to keep the job I need you to show real passion next week and get a result.
Response: OK boss, we'll show as much passion as you do on the touchline.
Virgin Trains: Sorry - you can't get a train to the Job Centre.
