Do you believe the silence out of Tannadice recently is a good thing?
Do you think ST buying an Aussie club while still running DUFC is a good thing?
If you were to takeover The Fun would you sell all their best players for less than they are worth while lining your managers pockets from the transfer fees instead of clearing the debt and spend all your time trying to buy another club in, let's say, New Zealand?
Sorry not sure where that last one came from just some random hypothetical thoughts.
Yes we need an experienced Goalie,a Left Back who can compete with Dixon,a winger who can actually cross a ball and has pace, and a midfielder who can drive through the middle with purpose like Armstrong did.
3 minimum
If ciftci departs (he will) an out-and out penalty box forward like a Scott Mcdonald,Stevie May type....please no more midfielder/winger/forward hybrids who score 4/5 goals a season.
Losing John Souttar would be a fucking disaster as i reckon we should build the midfield around him.

No the silence out of Tannadice is not only a bad thing (look at the fractured support divided and constantly speculating as proof) but also, actually fucking disrespectful and harmful. To show such contempt towards what is,afterall, your paying customers is a disastrous business strategy.
No ST running the Jets is nothing short of a disaster for Utd.he has taken his eye of the ball and his heart is no longer in it at Utd imo.People may say it's just another 'business adventure',but purchasing a football club is an emotional purchase imo.
How can you share your loyalties and time between two different clubs on opposite ends of the Globe? You just can't and shouldn't.
I wouldn't buy The Fun.But if i did, yes,i would bury them Craig Whtye style and then spend the rest of my life in a yaucht (sp) sailing round the World laughing my heid aff and partying.

I haven't been to a gig for awhile Fooky and have none on the horizon tbh.
All my spare money goes on alcohol and Utd.

Best gig was probably The Strokes at The Barras.
Fucking electric performance and atmosphere when they were in their absolute pomp and were the coolest band in the World.

How many clean sheets will we get this season and will that be more or less than last season?
I'll go for 8 in the league.
Think that's one less.
I have THE FEAR.

When was the time you first remember looking back and realising you scared yerself with how tribalistically mental you went after a goal?
Probably '88 Scottish Cup Final.
Went batshit mental when Kevin Gallagher scored.Which is why i love that goal (despite the heartbreaking defeat).
Cried my fucking eyes oot at Full time.

if you could change one moment or decision in united's history, what would it be?
also, how many roundabouts are there in EK?
Good question.
Probably would have never have sacked Ivan Golac when we did.It was a bit kneejerk.Came only about 4/5 weeks after we'd scudded both Motherwell (who finished 2nd) and Hearts (who'd finished 4th i think) at Tannadice.
We also played ok at Tynecastle in his last match, despite defeat.(Sergio game).
I reckon he would have kept us up,just.

Exactly the same moment for me bud!
Can't even put the emotions into words.
Remember looking back at my reaction in wonder.
Something happened to me that day that's never left me.
An emotional out pouring that would not even be replicated if I won £75 million on the lottery. What the fuck is that all about???
Yer passion for yer team is a funny unique thing.

Fave United player in each decade since you first went?
Biggest high/low with United?
To answer these two Fooky (had to have a good think about both, very good questions).I'm answering them as in WHO WAS MY FAVOURITE PLAYER.Not who was the best player necessarily mate.
80's - Eamonn Bannon
90's - Kjell Olofsson
00's - Barry Robson
10's - GMS
and
Biggest high was beating Rangers in 1994.They seemed like an unbeatable monster of a club at the time and had completely dominated Scottish football for the previous 8 years winning almost everything going.
I just had a feeling that day though (and had a feeling it was ours when Welshy scored THAT goal at Fir Park infact).
Golac was a magical character who oozed charisma and for whatever reason he had Walter Smith's number and we nearly always played well against them (bar one game). We certainly won ALL the important games against them under Ivan.
Biggest low was getting relegated the year after. We should never ever ever have went down with that squad of players.
Confidence is a funny thing, once you lose it it is very very hard to get back.Vitually the same squad/team (minus Petric) who had (deservedly) defeated the mighty Rangers in a Cup Final in Glasgow seemed almost clueless as to how to stem the tide those last 3 months of the season.
