We definitely need a CH and a striker. We will possibly need another LB. 

We still have a squad that can compete at the top end of the league. Players will all be a year older as well. Not too concerned YET. 

Remember Ciftci wasn't signed until the start of the season. Would rather wait to get the right players in than rushed signings

Even if we don't add to the squad though I think we've still got a squad for top 6 though. 

Saying that I can't see Robertson being here bythe start of the season

I am not opossed to trialists tbh.It just smacks a little that we are running out of options when we reach that point.

I always freak oot a wee bit during the close season though,so this is normal for me.

Depends how much we got for him tbh. He is a great player but still not consistant enough. Was poor in the final but tbh he didn't look fit. I'd be quite happy for him to see out his contract and get a move for phuck all because we got him for nothing. If he's desperate to move then I don't really see what option we have but to try and get as much dough as we can. 

Him going will reduce our attacking options though. Although Dow or Ciftci could play in his role. We'd definitely need another striker though
 

Much as I would hate to lose GMS, it's almost as if Jackie has been preparing for this. We've got a serious amount of players who can play in the three off the front who'll be expecting game time, Dow, Armstrong, Spittal, Telfer, Fraser, Connolly, Erskine and even Nadir if we sign another striker. I think we'll need to. I'm quite happywith the clubs policy of bringing players through. It's certainly the correct way to go. If GMS goes I'd imagine we'd get in the region of 500k. It might affect our season and final placing though but am I right in saying the difference in finishing 3rd and 4th is less than 500k?

I know people would ra\ther see a better team on the pitch but I think there has to be an acceptance of where we are as a club. We've had a few good years where we have finished top 6 for good few seasons, we've also regularly perfomed decently in cups at the same time as bringing young players through and getting serious dough for some of them. This has all been done at a time when Scottish futba has been on its arse with clubs going into admin and the biggest club in the country being liquidated. No mean feat.
