Oh, and very lastly. Sam Dalby's header. Absolutely fantastic. Got some power on it considering the ball was behind him.
Indeed, it was great technique, maybe a tad unfair, but it turned a lazy cross from Middleton into a great assist.

Brilliant result again, since the debacle against the Fun, we’ve put two great away victories together and cemented that top 6 place. Now that it’s been secured, I really hope JG takes the hand brake off and goes for it in the remaining fixtures. I doubt he will though.

Brilliant bounce back from the derby loss.
For me, yesterday proved all the more that we absolutely HAVE to move on from Middleton and Trap and bring in new wingers. Thought the two of them were completely ineffectual when they came on against 10 men, and as much as Goodwin loves being compact, it usually isn't worth the risk even bringing the pair of them on, nevermind starting with them like in the derby. They had so much space to operate in and tired legs to operate against yesterday and despite getting the ball in some decent positions the end product was horrendous. Trap could've squared it twice for Babunski and again for Sibbald I think arriving late on the edge and opted to fire in a terrible shot. Even middletons cross for the goal was piss poor, no idea Dalby managed to get his head to it nevermind steer it in to the corner.
Cleall-Harding I thought had a fairly steady debut but was caught a few times. In absolute fairness, outside the OF, Kabangu has to be one of the toughest players you could possibly have a derby against, powerful, quick, and basically operates in the area the RCB in our back three occupies.
Can't help but feel 6 more points this season combined with a Celtic Scottish cup victory will almost certainly be enough for Europe.

I'm probably in the minority ( I usually am) but after decades of feeling UTD have been too soft , Leveins team are exempt from that it's good to hear the supporters most teams we play calling us industrial hammer throwers.
I'll take a long throw any day over this passing it around looking for an opening shite.

For my money, we qualified for Europe today.
I can’t see Hearts, Motherwell & St Mirren clawing back 8/9 points on us. And I’m sure (I think) that Celtic will win the cup.
Ken.
.... but ....
