I think the defence (and GK) that started today will play on Saturday. Docherty, Grimshaw and 1 other in midfield. Then Middleton and 2 others in a front 3.

Think we may sign a centre forward before Saturday who will come straight in. Sibbald, Mochrie or Glass will be the 3rd player in midfield. Probably Chalmers or Cudjoe will take the other winger spot.

I'd say its between Mochrie and Meekison. Both were good today. Glass struggled to get about the pitch he's too slow and actually has less strength than the other 2.

I think something's going on with Sibbald as well.

I think Goodwin doesn't rate him. Which is a surprise.

He was arguably our best player last season and i think Championship would suit his style of play.

Agree, think it will be the same as dundee last season. Only reason we scooshed it the last time is we had Shankland and were not getting anyone like him this time

Will be there +2. Was at the first leg of their Albion Rovers promotion game and was a decent atmosphere. Will be interesting to see what a big team brings to it. There's no segregation normally.

Bring your earplugs for the Ultras North boys. They will not stop. They all get in for free. The club are keen to get them off the streets and the deal is make a noise and behave and you can come back every second week and have a laugh with your mates. Builds community and other clubs could learn from them.

Spartans is very much a community club. The charity side of it is massive and they are an integral part of the North Edinburgh community - which is probably the most deprived in Edinburgh. I have a lot of time for them and will be getting a couple of season tickets this year to support them. Will go along when I've nohting better to do and not following United.

Once Ogren sets out how he is running the club going forward I might buy a Tannadice season again...
