Anyone else watch it?
Thought it was a genuinely scary reflection of how right wing and ignorant our neighbours down south have become.
All emotions in the studio audience perpetuated by a channel who more and more lean to the right and expedite the depressing rise of UKIP.
In the last 5 years only David Dimbleby (the host) has appeared on the show more often than Nigel Farage (19 times since 2009 alone,25 overall).
This is the leader of a party who have only one elected member of parliament remember.

It was absolute car crash tv. You're right on about English peoples attitudes btw. Thon journalist wifie said there was a stark difference between left and right these days. To me the difference is the right in England massively outweighs the left.
I could see a future where an independant Scotland is to England, what Canada is to the United States ie a quiet, tolerant, socially just nation next to a nation full of discrimination, inequality and right wing zealots. Sad.
Got the feeling that disabled guy who was shouting at Brand was a UKIP plant there to trap him because Brand was never going to take the piss out of a disabled guy.

Absolutely bang on mate.Said as much to the Missus.
I to reckon Brand was set-up last night.
Also had thon Labour wifie playing some bizarre feminism card because he 'spoke over her' for two seconds.
She then proceeded to interupt the journalist lass herself.Presumably that's ok though because she's a woman.
Car crash stuff telly right enough and just hit home more than ever how fucking depressing it is we blew the indy vote.

Call farage what you want, same with Nick Griffin, Tommy Robinson and all other right wings, I still fucking hate the BBC more.

The thing that got me last night was that almost everything the were discussing was not relevent in Scotland. they spoke about people not being engaged in politics (not here), the NHS changes since they let in private companies (Thankfully Not Here) and that "we" are now full (more cattle then people in Scotland)
I feel so detached from English and mainly London issues, hopefully we get another chance to get out soon!!

Don't watch it anymore. End up shouting at the telly any time I catch a bit of it. Not reflective of UK society Nevermind Scottish society

That's independence gone though lads.
Might as well assume the position and await our rodgering. At least we'll get a good war every few years to take out minds off it
