it's a strange one, I just can't get excited or interested in this world cup, the Qatar situation is just indefensible.
The first world cups I watched as a kid seemed like a magical summer festival of football, with different styles of play, and some real superstars like Diego Maradona, Roberto Baggio, Hagi, Stoichkov and Dennis Bergkamp.
Times change.
