Its absolutely vital we match their effort levels in the first 20m.  I heard that TC likes to call it the battle phase.  He is correct though as i dont envisage a pretty game of football at the start. If we dont go behind early this game is here for the taking

We more than matched them today and should have had it done by half time.

Looked pretty solid at the back, McMann and Freeman both played very well.

Thought the finish lad played well also and seemed to link up well with McMann.

The fuckin ref though,what a bellend.

Pleased for Niskanen to get his 1st goal for the club. The lad looked utterly delighted as well. Seems to love playing for the club. Great to see.

The type of game we would have drawn 0-0 last season and Mellon would have been satisfied with that outcome. 

Though we badly, badly need a Striker as we just can't put our chances away.

Though thankfully the Goalie and back four seem to be forging a very good partnership together. 8 clean sheets in 14 matches thus far. Not bad at all eh? (albeit we got a tad lucky today, what with them hitting the post and having a very tight offside call go against them).

Praying we sign a Striker next week and have him training with us for a full week/10 days before Hibs away. Would also be great to have Meekison back in the squad by then, to add yet more attacking intent.
