Charlie Miller Q+A - Thursday 4th December 7-8PM

Delighted to announce we will be joined by former Utd+Scotland player Charlie Miller on Thursday evening for an hour.

He'll be here to take questions about his autobiography,Utd career and general fitba questions.

Same as previous Q+A's chaps, keep it respectful and please don't start asking the questions until the night of the Q+A when it begins. There'll be no problems i'm sure, all good lads on here.

Re: Charlie Miller Q+A - Thursday 4th December 7-8PM

Brilliant. Sadly going to miss it again, out at a gig so look forward to reading it.

I was going to ask him if he remembers an annoying guy (my mate) trying to ask him about teachers from his school and then proceeding to spill his drink over him while in a bar in Glasgow city centre round about Christmas, think it was a United night out as seen quite a few of them here and there that night. We were all young students at the time. Also remember being shocked to see Charlie pull out a pair of specs. I think that was to try and impress the ladies, which we had interupted him in chatting to at the time.

Re: Charlie Miller Q+A - Thursday 4th December 7-8PM

Says a lot about Charlie ( Steve & Seib also ) that he's willing to give up his time to come on here and answer to us, mind you by all accounts he was very approachable during his time at Tannadice and around the City too. Unfortunately for the 3rd Q&A in a row I'm working a late shift so here's hoping the rest of the board have plenty of interesting questions to make it another Tekel Testament

Re: Charlie Miller Q+A - Thursday 4th December 7-8PM

Lads, regret to announce that tonight's Q+A is OFF.

Charlie informed me he is coaching tonight.Think we are gonna try again next week, hopefully.

Maybe a blessing in disguise as..

1)A lot of the regulars on here seem to be either working late tonight or have prior arrangements

2)I'm currently experiencing laptop problems intermittently, that hopefully will be totally resolved by next week (fingers crossed).

Sorry,everyone.

Re: Charlie Miller Q+A - Thursday 4th December 7-8PM

No need to apologise, just get the moderator to stand in for him tonight, his tales about his football career are legendary.
Word of caution. You may need more than the standard hour though.

Re: Charlie Miller Q+A - Thursday 4th December 7-8PM

Finished late tonight as well, thought I had missed it.

So my first question to Stobievulture: (Jim White, Brian Laudrup style) Stobie, why are you so good?

Re: Charlie Miller Q+A - Thursday 4th December 7-8PM

Question for the Vulture;
How does it feel to be in the Guinness book of Records for scoring the most OG's in a season (10 goals) ahead of
Jamie Carragher (7 goals)
Terry Butcher (6 goals)
