It would seem as Trump had used a similiar logo on his Scottish golf course and associated products that he (just like Utd) fell foul of the 'court of Lord Lyon'.

He also (like Utd) had to alter his Lion rampant in a shield logo. Only in Scotland is this still a legal matter.

I suppose that would mean if Utd ever played abroad again (no laughing at the back), we could easily wear a specially commissioned 'European strip' with our old badge on the strip.
