Great watch.

Short story, just watched converstion between Dillo/Micky on DUTV
1hr 10mins of the man, the club, his story, his vision.

Longer story.  Some bits brought a tear to my eye, some bits had me cracking up laughing.
This is a man of modesty, integrity, humility, great communication skills, great work ethics, a listener, experienced in all aspects of the game as player, in depth talker to other managers, and proud faither of laddie that just got his first U17 cap.
A man of knowledge and respect for the history of the club, open and up front about the present day, his coaching methods, his desire to get the players working the way he does for the club.
And for the future a clearly defined path on how he and his players are going to achieve success for the people of Dundee.
All rolled up in background, insights, personalities.

Must watch.

Just written a good book, hopefully out before Christmas.
