Just thought i'd post this for anyone who wasn't at the other night's Q+A (the vast majority of us).
The sound is pretty poor, so put your headphones in. Nothing ground breaking here, and whilst i'm still not Neilson's biggest fan tbh, after Csaba it is just good to hear someone speaking simple, common sense. Good to hear a bit about what goes on behind the scenes, in regards the playing side.

Good to hear it and the performances are showing the hard work/organisation that the club has structured.
Lots of positive stuff obviously at the moment and it would have been interesting to know what he thinks of the mental side of things. The teams thinking and also his body language (fist pump at the play offs comes to mind).
What a difference to a couple of years back when our chairman was hiding from us and telling us every time he could how difficult it was I run a football club.
