I may be slightly biased as I've a soft spot for Leeds but I'm absolutely loving how he's upsetting the dinosaurs of English football. So what if he's spied on other teams. Let's be honest id say a high percentage of managers have spied on opposition at some point.
I think its incredible the amount of work he puts in getting every aspect of the opposition studied.

b&t, he's a genius and a laugh too.
Saying the spying isn't even necessary, that he just organises it it allows him to relax and feel he's properly doing his job.
Keeping the critical pressmen sat quiet as he totally owned them. Taking the piss out of himself, baffling the media with his comprehensive dossiers.
And a powerpoint presentation to boot......
Ending his conference with....To conclude, as we’re going to play Stoke, it’s hard because they have a new head coach who has played just three games. So what did we do? We analyse the 26 games he played with Luton and we analysed the tactical structures we used. I would like to be held with the maximum humility.I give this explanation to make you understand why I think I am not cheating, by doing something that is not illegal. I know I am not trying to get an advantage. I already have the information.I repeat: Why do I do it? Because I think I’m stupid.I thank you for you patience.
He's torn any critics (and the closed shop pundits who follow the party line) a new arsehole.

He’s doing nothing wrong imo.

Very strange. It was a young laddie who was the supposed 'spy',and the charge concerned not treating opposition teams 'with good faith'. Vague at best, but with legal fees it might be daft to appeal, especially as the EFL, like the Scottish authorities, look to be making it up as they go along.
This is underlined by the EFL spokesperson stating they will "commence the discussions about introducing a specific regulation," which suggests there is no rule in place for Leeds to have broken.
At least it's not a points deduction.
