He's the best footballer of the defenders, but a bit too slight to be a centre half.

I'd read he's played right back in his own country at times, and although a bit slow, I'm surprised Robbie hasn't used him there.

4 or 5 - 1 United. Due a big good win with a collapse of the opposition arse.

We've  been fed on a diet of mediocrity for so long it's like we've almost come to accept it.
I'd go with a smaller squad to get far better players, so for example use the wages from Smith and Robson to sign one great left back.
Use the wages from Rabitch and Barton to get one cracking midfielder. Use the wages from Murdoch and Booth to get a proper good right back. Im not suggesting we should pay exactly double the wage, just suggesting we pay more than what we're paying each of the existing players to get much better quality.

This comes at a risk and depends on the youth team coaches being able to develop reserves to step in when injuries occur.
Personally I think it's a risk worth taking to get the quality that we need to be competing at the level we want to be at.
Think we're seeing a bit of this happening as RN looks to add quality in what is his first window
