Agreed, also played striker so presume he’ll be the forward coach neilson was on about

Never saw that coming in a million years. Not one for conspiracy theories but..

Yeah he said we had someone playing yesterday that looked remarkably like Blair Henderson but it wasn't him.
So, who looks remarkably like Blair Henderson? Anyone know?

Good luck to Lee McCulloch if he comes in: Robbie has been looking for a striking coach, Lee McCulloch has seen and done more than most in that position.
I would think the Govan fans will be more livid than ours at this prospective move, and hope he can keep his mind on the fact that, if it happens, we are paying his wages, thus keep it to a minimum in the press about the Ibrox club.

Wondering if he's mates with Robbie ie Robbie has asked for him
or, applied via advert, interviewed and selected
or mates with Asghar who em, "recommended him" to Robbie
Because there's no way Robbie had Harkes on his radar via our scouts.
Not saying McCulloch is a bad move for us though

Heard the Mcculloch rumour a couple of weeks back from Mockchop.
The rumour was that he was possibly replacing Easton.
But maybe he is just solely going to be a 1st team coach.

Elbows McCulloch against Billy King in training, worth watching.
Hopefully he can add some steel to our lightweights

Has there been concerns about the job Easton's doing? Bit early days for him surely. Our reserves are still usually an u20's team and lets face it, even Pep and Klopp would struggle to get anything out of, what is a pretty mediocre bunch of young players.

Not to my knowledge LAO.
It would seem to just be whispers at the moment, possibly.
Would be harsh if he was replaced so early in. The Reserves results haven't been that bad.

My understanding was, Ellis & Easton out. Liam Fox & Lee McCulloch ‘in the frame’ to replace them.
But then Gordon Forrest was brought in. God knows if that changed anything.
I’m sure Fox worked with the u20s at Hearts.

So if we've got a forwards coach, a defensive coach, is Robbie left with the midfield? 😎 Or is that coached by the assistant coach ? 😁

Ross Laidlaw to sign from Hibs on loan (Goalkeeper).

Louis Appere has joined Broughty Athletic Juniors on loan

So have we got this right then.
Robbie Neilson is Head Coach, Gordon Forrest is Assistant Head Coach, Laurie Ellis is what - Assistant Defensive Coach, and Lee McCulloch is Assistant whatever, and have we no got Neil Alexander, Dailly.
Oe Eh forgot about Moffat and Williamson.

Can see Ellis going to Falkirk tbh

Laidlaw in, Rakovan away. Sort of pleased with this, didn't rate Rakovan at our (poor) level. Laidlaw has had a few injury issues however, and I thought he was injured presently.
Rakovan lost more goals per game than Benji, overall 17 to Seigrist's 12, although the Swiss keeper played in a few more matches.
See with Lee McCulloch rumoured to be coming in, has that got anything to do with Laidlaw signing on loan, given his birth date? Is this what you are concerned about Wylie1?

Sad as I am, here are the facts:
Seigrist so far has lost a goal every 91 minutes, Rakovan lost one every 47 minutes.
The difference is obvious, yet I still don't trust Benji at the back (that's 'in goal', smeds).

I actually don’t think benji is that bad! Healthy competition which he was never ever gonna get with that doughnut, mehmet will be away Aswell now Aswell, feel sorry for him, just imagine he never celebrated that goal like he did, he’d probably be our number one!

Nah Pat, not having it.
'Keeper', 'in the goal', 'number one', 'gloveman', 'custodian', 'shot stopper', 'between the sticks' even.
'At the back' is not the goalie.
'At the back' = back four.
Refce Laidlaw. Looking him up he has had bad luck with injuries but surely he can stay fit for 3 months & help our cause. He's only started 1 game for Hibs this season, 2nd leg v Molde 0-0 (tho Hibs were down 3-0 from the 1st leg) & he has 6 unused sub spots this season which means he's 3rd behind Bogdan & Marciano. Good luck Ross, you'll need it to keep the wolves at bay.
