Taking players with injury problems scuppers us a lot. Taking risks when we get better players than we can attract scares me.
If we get Osman Sow on a contract that doesnae hurt us or with funds fae Ogren It might be a huge factor in being promoted.
Hits the bottom corners with maist goals scored mainly fae distance. Proper striker if fit enough.
Check him oot...

Young Blair Henderson of Edinburgh City.
26 goals scored already this season.
Would like us to make a bid. Maybe offer them a couple of players on loan.Utd have made an official enquiry.
24 year old and kens where the goal is! Also, a trainee chartered accountant by day! A clever goal machine!

We’ve been saying this for weeks in our group of Arabs. Think he could be a very good signing and one for the future also. Hope this works out. Interesting.

Henderson isn't really a young player, 25 later this year. He's been playing around the lower leagues for years.

Interesting one. 6ft 3 striker. Could be a nice backup for Safranko and Clark.

Just hearing from my mate who was at Ed City v Annan on Saturday he could be a poor man's Kenny Deuchar.

He played for Livi in the game we beat them in when Fyvie got injured. He was huge but was absolutely honking.

That big guy scored against us last season at Livingston. He wasn't very impressive then either.

Doesn't look like he scores many either.

Hopefully it’s a case of Neilson taking a look at him as a favour etc

How do you mean as a favour MC

I just mean (maybe) an agent, or the player, might have asked for a ‘trial’
Plenty coaches / scouts attend these bounce games. Maybe Neilsons put him in a shop window. I’ve nothing against the player, I just don’t think we should be looking at a striker with his record.
If he signs, he will of course have my full support.

Sorry, thought you were on about Henderson!

Shankland is an example that strikers in their early 20s can sometimes take a lot longer to come good that most other players. I watched Shankland for St Mirren and Morton and he was bang average. Looked like he didnt have a clue how to lead the line. Now look at him.

Have to say I'm keener on Henderson than Todorov. If it is true that Henderson has completed his accountancy qualifications it is fair to say that he's probably not given football 100% up until now. Perhaps he has decided to ensure he has something to fall back on and is now just seeing how far he can push the football thing before going back to his other career. That makes some sense to me. So if that is the case, despite never having seen him play, I'd be tempted to give him that chance ahead of a player who might tick the big bustling CF box, but seems to tick little else.

Totally agree. Henderson could be a bit of a gem if he comes good.
Henderson’s height also a bit of an advantage.
Hard to think Todorov would be any improvement on what we already have

Wonder how much we are paying Harkes. He was on $104,000 a year in 2018 at DC United. That is roughly £80,000 a year.

Neilson's interview on arabzone says we are simply giving Todorov training facilities and not interested in Blair Henderson.

McCulloch was always a player you loved to hate. Exactly the type that we need to influence our bunch of too nice pampered wee lads. Would defo overlook his 'past' if he could get some of his winning attitude into the team.
