Russia were only a penalty kick win from beating Croatia and facing England in the Semi's in Moscow.
Belgium did make the Semi's and had the team that could and should have won the whole thing. They put in their worst performance in the Semi, inexplicably.
But are a helluva side.
I reckon we are looking at 3rd sadly.
p.s. going to Cyprus and Kazahkstan is no foregone conclusion either imo.
