Mcmullan

Think he was outstanding yesterday best ive seen from him the lad was allover and never gave up. He is like a new signing under Neilson.

Re: Mcmullan

His passing lets him down at times but he is certainly looking like a new player, the whole side look a million miles away from what they were a month or so ago, it's amazing what can be achieved when the manager doesn't talk absolute bollocks.

Re: Mcmullan

When he first came he looked like a world beater. Seems he's finding that form again.his body goes quicker than his brain sometimes but he'll make things happen

Why not just admit you carelessly misspelled his name? And didn't do too well at your second attempt either! LMAO...

'Misspelled'?

Although often acceptable, 'misspelled' is the American English spelling of 'misspelt, the correct British English . Apologies, wily one, if you are across the Atlantic Ocean, of course!

Re: Mcmullan

Back on topic  - thought he did better than in a long time - main difference for me (and I've banged on about this before) is that he's fuck all use stuck out on the wing as he's too easily muscled out of things out there, plus his crossing is generally shite (though he did deliver one decent one just to spite me 😊).

Would like to see him pushed further up and closer to Safranko where he can get on defenders shoulders.

Re: Mcmullan

To be fair wylie1, bowers did a wee edit. I'm sure he doesn't really give a fuck if I say that.

And I'm also certain wylie1 isn't really bothered by my cheeky mention of American English either.

Back to McMullan (sp?): he does look a different player than under Csaba, when shackled to a wing or confused by the tactics issued. He definitely looks like a player who could make a big contribution this season. I'd written him off too.

Re: Mcmullan

Always thought McMullan had something.

Same goes for Billy King. Neither may be 'World beaters' but both have qualities that for this Division we should be able to utilise.

Neilson has both very quickly playing to their strengths, particulary McMullan.

He not only looks far hungrier but also fitter.

Re: Mcmullan

On tap oe that, the laddie hardly got a gehm under Slabber. He never gave the laddie a chance.

Re: Mcmullan

McMullan is certainly back to the form he was showing at the start of last season before he was sent off against QOS.  He no doubt has talent, especially for this league and I agree he is wasted when he is played out wide.  Much better in a more central position where he can continually annoy the opposition center halves.

Re: Mcmullan

If Stanton got a recliner from Gillies for motm I think McMillan should have got a footstool.
