They are opinions, if you don’t like being called a happy clapper, why would you do the same back? perhaps you can take the moral high ground and not refer to opinions as such.
I struggle to see why, we as a fan base, should blindly accept the same playing style that got us relegated and has kept us in this league just because the chairman wants stability.
I don’t want stability, I want improvement.
Do you when he says "stability", MM means results stay the same?

It's tiresome either way, rants or folk thinking those unhappy take any pleasure from the situation.
But my tuppence worth: I know an Arbroath player who played the full 90 minutes on Saturday, and he discussed how Csaba would have his team play in an indirect fashion and was very confident of the Lichties getting a decent result.
The lad also was briefly at Hearts as a youngster when Csaba was there, and said players didn't bother listening to his long winded team talks.
I think this is exactly where the issue lies. I think it is his inability to get his views over without blabbering on in an incoherent manner for ages. Anyone who regularly watches his interviews on Arabzone will testify how hard it is to grasp what he says at times.

I know what he is getting at when he says stability. However, it looks like in his quest for stability, our performances and results are in danger of remaining stable / consistent.
I don’t think we have the luxury of enough time for a ‘wait and see’ approach and we need a quick fix / change in approach to avoid becoming an official ‘championship’ level team
On the flip side, why do you crave stability? How long in the modern game do you class as stable? Surely adaptability is a better skill to have.
Sticking with someone that underperforms is not a good quality in a chairman, in my opinion
My point is, that is MM's clearly stated position. I didn't say I agreed with it.

Great point.
I’ll jump on this bandwagon. The last thing I want is the current version of stability- mainly cos it’s not stable and we have more chance of going down than up.

It’s a fair enough point.
There are just different trains of thought on how to deal with it.
Either complain about it or get behind it.
On a message board both responses are acceptable I’d imagine

I just find it baffling that MM was happy to put all the effort in but not change the biggest factor in our performance decline last season.
We have cheaped out on the manager for the past 5 appointments. We got lucky that PH kept momentum but it has progressively ran out.
It is the most important position for how we play and who we recruit

Agree 100%. It disna matter what players we get in if we are going to play the same turgid stuff and give forwards little or no service and similarly whatever players we have we can do a lot better with the right man in charge doing the right things. The manager is key and we've got the 4th duffer in a row and the sooner he's gone and replaced by a proper manager, the sooner we have a chance of getting back upstairs
