Because there’s a dozen better teams in the tournament.

Re: Who's winning the World Cup?

The Germans to win it.

Only team I could see stopping them would be Argentina.

Re: Who's winning the World Cup?

Germany ain't as rated for some reason this time but they must have a decent side if they can afford to leave out someone like Leroy Sané.

A mistake imo.

Ha, you're not wrong either.

The best teams don't always win tournaments.

The one's who play best as a 'team' normally do.

See Greece winning the Euros in 2004 and more recently Portugal in 2016.

England seem to be flying under the radar a bit this time. Which to me could work in their favour.

They have two very winnable games v Panama and Tunisia that should be enough to see them into the last 16. After that it gets real.

That's the spirit TEK. bucket of vindaloo and all that!

Panama are awful. Theyve this center half whi plays for the Sounders, Roman Torres who is grossly overweight and a terrible footballer. Tunisia will be a harder game than many think. If we don't put 3 or 4 past Panama, will tell you it's not going to happen.

Roman Torres will now score the winner by accident with a large deflection aff his larger arse. You wait and see Chainmail.

Re: Who's winning the World Cup?

Just looked up the boy you taunt as grossly overweight and a terrible footballer bud.

He only scores 1 in every 10/11 games and engerland play Panama in the 11th game since he scored the winner against Costa Rica in the World Cup qualifiers.

Re: Who's winning the World Cup?

I see Eiji Kawashima is in the World Cuo squad for Japan. In from being clubless to cleansheets in qualifiers. Will he be likely to be 1st choice JapanArab?

Thats my conclusion so far

Mind going back to Tannadice years ago after watching World Cups and thinking this is like watching Sunday league but watching that today was mair like watching us, even the good bits like the free kick goal, number 5 was like a good Scott Fraser memory v the mighty Brechin. Goal afore that was very special and mair World Cupish though.

It's looking like it. I think he was just the wrong guy in the wrong place at the wrong time with United. Playing well for his club by all accounts. The Japan team was in a bit of disarray as they sacked their coach 4 weeks ago. Looked half decent their last game against Paraguay but like always, they look lightweight up front.

He is absolutely shocking.  If we dont hang 4 or 5 on them it'll tell you everything you need about our chances.

Good too see you are playing it down like the english media are pretending to do mate.

To be honest I've nae idea how england will do. World Cup is due a surprise winner so I'm hoping it's Belgium.
