He used to live in the house directly 10 yards across the road fae where i live now (my grandparents auld house which i now rent).
He moved away fae East Kilbride and out of his parents home in the early 60's but my auld man said he would see him fae time tae time visiting his parents afterwards and it would blow his mind that one of the biggest rock stars in the UK was in our street.
