Who would you pick.
You are Lazlo or perhaps a new manager, we are in the championship and you have to work with a budget. From the list below of out of contract players, who would you offer contracts to? You can have 2 keepers, 2 right backs, 4 centre backs, 2 left backs, 1 right and left midfielder and 5 centre midfielders and 4 strikers:

Was looking at a list of players who are out of contract and a few who aren't but might be in our gettable, this is who I came up with:
GK - Danny Rogers
RB - Ryan Williamson, Josh Mullin
LB - Mark Russell
CB - Peter Grant, Steven Anderson, Craig Halkett
CM - Scott Pittman, Ross Forbes
RM - David Templeton
LM - Willis Furtado
CAM - Craig Sibbald
ST - Lawrence Shankland, Lewis Vaughan, Jai Quitongo, Ryan Hardie, David Goodwillie
Plenty of hungry young players in there, with plenty of games between them, coming to United would be a good platform to showcase their abilities and win a bigger move down south.
Add to that, the rough diamonds from down south that Luggy's supposed to be procuring for us, and a small, and I mean miniscule, number of players to keep on from this current bunch (I.e: Mohsni, Fyvie & maybe a couple of youngsters like Matty Smith and Ballantyne) and we could maybe finally get out of this division.
Or it could just go tits up again like this season, I was hopeful for the most part that last season was the worst group of players we'd see playing for United, and that last summer's signings were man-for-man, all big upgrades on what we had.
How wrong I was...
