Agree with most of the lad's writings, (although he's got our relegation year wrong), but then most fans can see where we have gone wrong.
Not sure about fan ownership though, or even part fan ownership, but it appears to work at other clubs. So I'm not against it either.

Also agree with most of what has been said, but I will also add complacency to that list. We had for years, a conveyor belt of talent coming through the ranks and were scouting and signing some of the best talented footballers in the region and across Scotland, but eventually you have a few years where that production doesn't produce the same quality of players, so the develop and sell business strategy goes tits up.
We are now falling behind with youth development and that is a big problem. Guys that have come through in the past year or 2 don't compare to the Gauld's, Johnny Russell's etc of years back.
Said when he was given the job, Brian Grant is a terrible coach and shouldn't be at the club, if the snake does sell the club as rumoured on other chats, we will need to reinvest a large sum of cash back into our youth development and put a Ian Cathro or Stevie Campbell type figure in charge.
