After 3 great league performances and a manager capable of taking us up this year we have more than enough quality to win most games in this league, especially if we play like we did on Sunday. However with a few players out of contract in January/end of season, who would you keep and who would you let go?

Would happily let Quinn, N'Koyi and Toshney go anfd bring in another CH and striker.
Contracts that I would extend - Robson, Fraser, Mehmet, Murdoch, Fyvie and I would offer Stanton a 2 year deal as he is out of contract in the summer.

Think Quinn will be away, unsure if anyone would actually take the other 2! Tbh I wouldn’t offer anyone a contract until end of season or near enough end of season unless someone comes in with a precontact offer for them! Would like to see us sign another winger and different option up front, apart from that really happy with the squad, if poss I would maybe bring in another left back as cover for robson

I reckon we need a winger also, plus I wouldn't be rushing to sign up Murdoch on a longer contract- there will be more suitable options for that position if we go up.

Was impressed with that Brad McKay for ICT when he played us and he's got 6 months on his contract. Possible swap for Toshney?

Toshney - Put out on loan (if possible)

and i have a nagging feeling that both Robson and Fraser will go in January for 'nominal fees' to English championship clubs.

if all the above happens then we must bring in a big striker,left back and possibly a right back and or centre half.

I think if we are being realistic 6 figures for each would probably do it.

Both out of contract in 6 months time and if rumours are correct Fraser has no desire to sign a new deal.Not sure about Robson's plans (fwiw i would like to keep him).

Well if we got around £200-300K for both of them, not offer Quinn a contract, offload N'Koyi and Tosnhey, a CH, LB and striker are a possibility.

No chance or very little oh getting rid oh boys like paddy or toshney in jan nonody will take them and we wont pay them off.
Both are brutal.
Fuck nos if we will sign anyone but a big striker a must imo

For a CH, Thomas O'Ware from Morton is out of contract in the summer, maybe tempt Morton with a swap for Toshney?

I think if as looks likely the table will be tight in the window then thompson has to find money from someplace to help us get promoted. I fear for the future if we dont come up this season. Gotta speculate to accumulate.

Try and find someone bonkers enough to take the edge and brills and get in another CH.

Try and find someone who buys players just buy looking at videos and make up a wee 2 minute video ( very hard) of Toshney and Paddy's best moment. This could include that throw in from Toshney and Paddy putting the cones out for training.

I also wouldn't be too bothered to punt McMullen and try and get in a right mid, there's a question for everyone- when was the last time we had someone decent at right mid? Swanson maybe?

I’d off load Edge, Toshney, N’Koyi, Quinn and McMullan as well.

Mibbees Keatings as well if he had a move.

Would clear funds for a ch and a cf perhaps

If we don't win this league by 20 points with the squad we have then it's a failure tbh. The league is brutal this year. We've been generally awful so far & still top, there's no chance we're adding to the squad in Jan.

Quin. Will prob go, prob Fraser & Robson too. If they do all go, best we'll get will be a loanee in. I'd keep Fraser unless the offers 7 figures, he will get us up.

We have to look at the January window seriously in order to maximise our chances of getting promotion this season.

We also have to seriously look at some key positions for next season, but the problem we have is that we can't guarantee we'll be promoted therefore we can't start to offer pre-contracts as the better players that we would want to bring to the cub will want guarantee's of top flight football and better wages, etc.
