What would be success for Csaba ?
Over the next 18 months?
For me.
17/18 Championship = Champions
18/19 Premiership = 6th place
Scottish Cup 17/18 = QF
League Cup 18/19 = QF
Scottish Cup 18/19 = QF
Anything above any of the above and I would consider him a HUGE success.
The above is only what I regard as us shooting 'par' by the way. But given the state the clubs been in over the past 3 years I would regard us shooting 'par' as a success moving forward in the short term.

to be honest, given the clusterfuckof the last few years, i would be happy with
17/18 - promoted
18/19 - stay up
cups - a cup run would be nice, might lift the whole club
Up until now I've always believed united should be competing for 3rd place, playing in europe and getting close to cups. ,

All im caring about is promotion by winning the league.
If we go up then id consider 3rd bottom a success that season.

Getting up and staying up would be success, the mess the club is in 'par' has changed significantly unfortunately. It's gonna take a long time, if ever, to get back to where we were.

A drama free 1st season in the top flight - anywhere between 4th and 10th
A wee Hampden trip would be nice.
Overall, I'm hoping to see a Levein-type transformation, which will see our away form improve dramatically.

Break Celtic's 63 domestic game unbeaten run, we're currently on 2.
But seriously, Shabba Dabba Do's got 4 targets and each involves PROMOTION.
PROMOTION as league champions.
PROMOTION as league runners-up thro the play-offs.
PROMOTION as 3rd in the league thro the play-offs.
PROMOTION as 4th in the league thro the play-offs.

Promotion this season (as Champions), and staying up with a bit of breathing space next.
The cups: it really depends on the draw, but it's always good to do well in the LC and more so the Scottish, so it's be nice to put out some supposedly bigger sides.

As much fun and laughs etc we have all had on cup days all over scotland from stranraer to dingwall and inbetween i would happily rubber them for ua to win the league safely finish mid table next season.
We need to find some stability

to gain promotion this season
to stay up next season
to produce a reasonable cup run but not at the expense of the league form
to partner me in winning the wwe tag team championship belts OOOOOOOH YEEEEEAAAAAAHHH
to have no harvey weinstien type scandals
to bring the sexiest football the city has ever seen
to perform a faultless live rendition of mr loverman at the championship title party in may with katy perry, beyonce and senga fae lochee as backing singers
to ditch lindleys and get wallaces pies in the tuck shop

I'm with you Tek.
Only downside to above is that value of United will go up making it more likely that ST stays as no-one will buy and thereafter Hearts (or some other club) will come back to claim Csaba and we go back to the merry-go-round of ST's numptie managers, relegations, failure-to-get-promoted, sterile football etc. Hope I haven't spoiled anyone's weekend
Bring back the (real) "United Way" not the kiddy-on Martin version
