What are the chances of a flag display?
Big match. Might have enough in the East Stand to look and work right.
Team needs fans behind them and to see it and hear more than ever.
Understand those who feel they won't go or do the likes of organise this type of support till ST fucks off but that's no guarenteed to happen inbetween now and end of season.
Might just be a window of opportunity for fans to show what we can offer vocally with a visual top up.
Might even help show new better potential manager not in the known favourites placings see what support we can offer over recent depressed times at Tannadice.
Not to be mistaken for support for those running the club or a reaction to punting RMcK, just a one off effort to get behind in an effort to win the league, boost the players and show manager candidates what can grow to better.
Please at least consider it.

The Dundee United Supporters Foundation will be distributing leaflets at this game.
If you can spare a hour 1400-1500 to help on the day then contact the Steering Group through
dusf.scot website or e-mail at info@dusf.scot or through their Facebook page.

Why would folk volunteer to hand out leaflets for an hour when they don't know the content?
And therefore, why are you asking on behalf of DUSF?
Dinnae bother with my second query, and for what it's worth, I want a successful group to unite the support.

Sorry, nothing sinister, I havent seen the leaflets,Im not on the steering group, but would assume it will be similar to whats on the website. I was simply asking because they are looking for helpers and I was asked. I dont know why people simply cant ask these questions thru the website as Id indicated in my initial post.

Its under a week away if they need people you would have thought a message put out via the official dusf website and social media pages would have been posted by now.

That would be fine if, when a question is asked via the website, some form of acknowledgement was made, rather than the question being ignored.
As I've said, I want some kind of unity among the fans, and was hoping DUSF would be part of this, while knowing that folks have differing opinions as to how to go about changing things at Tannadice.
Thanks for posting the leaflet, Fidel!

not at game but 1-0 Ellis might be getting this gig for a wee while longer
Decent performance so far ( night and day compared to the keech served up by Ray)
Think we need to create more and be a bit more incisive to win this - be interesting to so what changes if any he makes as the second half goes on.
Fwiw there's a couple of buddies at our table in hospo - both agree we deserve to be ahead and have a bit more quality

Delighted with that today, every other win at Tannadice this season had an asterisk next to it.
It's not as if we blew St. Mirren away today, but we played with commitment, determination and purpose, McKinnon's pish about the fans expecting 6-0 every week was rightfully laughed at, that today is what I expect every game.
Clearly McKinnon was the issue though, no danger we'd have taken 6 points from those 2 games under him, seems like he instilled a fear of losing in them that stopped them trying to play football.
Job's got to be an attractive proposition for whoever comes in, not often you get the chance to take over a team joint top of the league.

Great 3 points.
Well done Laurie Ellis.👏👏

Wasn't there today - how did we look? The shape better than under McKinnon? More belief? Worthy of the win?

Well worth the win today. The heart and desire was there in spades from the players. Fraser gave us that much needed go forward in the final third. Stanton and Willo were everywhere today and Duran was solid at the back and Scobbie being in there helps him imo

Well deserved 3 points. We created at least 6 clear goalscoring chances. Plenty of good performances. Durnan rightly named MOM Scobbie Stanton & Fraser also put in solid performances.
We were losing control a bit before Fyvie was brought on, good timely change from Ellis
If the next manager was watching today he will be delighted to work with the tangerine terrors.

A continuation from last week with scobbie organising from the back and big Durnan heading everything that moves. Willo played well again in midfield and his hard graft was complemented well by Frasers skill and touch.
It's not rocket science in this division, play as much football as you can in the oppositions half and boot it to feck when it's in yours.

Brilliant the day!
Eh mean that. Thought the lot oh them deserve a cold beer the night.
Eh rave aboot Scott Fraser a lot and now your seeing why, the kid is head and shoulders above this league when he applies umself, and the past 2 weeks he has made the difference fir us, 2 assists the day he’s won us the tap of the league gem. Best in the league!
Willo Flood, it was nice ti see the ald Willo the day, he was magnificent the day pressing everything, great desire fae um the day, the time in the first half when he won the bah 3 or 4 times and Tannadice was on its feet as though we’d scored, great.
Jamie Robson also fir me played really well the day, eh still think he’s probably oor week link that opposition will always look to get at but eh thought the day he stood up brilliantly and made the lad Morgan look poor.
The positivity in the stands the day, speaking ti other fans was brilliant and how it should be. Lang may it continue, P2BAA enjoy yir weekend.

Canna say much more than being phuckin over the moon aboot the result and the performance the day. Deserved win and 3 points. Just wish we could get a better GD. Eckerslike saw Harry of his line and took his touch well.
Ken I'm needing specs coz I couldna believe my eyes when Durnan hit the back of the net.
Midden had the mid in the last 10 mins oe the 1st half, and in the 1st 15 mins 2nd half we were defending for our lives, but defend we did.
Apart from 1 too many backpasses from Flood, thought that was his best performance of the Season I've seen.
Great to see a number of attempts from players who didna score, Fraser, King etc. BTW was Scobbie affside for the disallowed goal?
MOTM for me, probly Fraser, but thought Durnan and Scobbie were solid the day. Scobbie never put a foot wrong IMO.
