Timing is more than credited and historical and proven often expires or doesn't fit into strengths that gave the results. Too many go for players outside their golden period.

Hard to gauge when yer a team that is taking a gamble on a signing with fuck all cash and a struggle to lure but still hope we get David McMillan as he's a similar gamble with a better chance of success than some recent youth hopes & and investments.
