If it helps, I couldn't separate Pulp and KLF, so you can (if allowed) change my vote to Pulp.

Because of the closeness of many votes, we could be asked for a 1,2 rather than just a winner, and in the event of a draw the second place gains half a point in the event of a tie. Or too complicated?

Thought about something like that Pat.

Lets keep as is for the time being.But if this problem continues then,aye,i will adopt a solution like the one you suggested.

Oh and i will change your vote to PULP .
