Well, at least Dumbarton haven't scored in the last 40 minutes or so...

Re: Utd v Dumbarton - Saturday 9th September

WTF can you say about that. A 1-1 draw at hame against Dumbarton is phuck-all to celebrate about.

There was an improvement when each of the subbies came on esp. King, but an improvement on what I ask you? He shoulda had King, NKoy, and Keatings in the starting line-up. Every United supporter at the gehm the day could see that, how the phuck could Ray no?

Fyvie was better the day than I've seen play previously, but he doesna drive forward enough, and when he does he's affy slow. Couple of times 2nd half he shoulda pushed foward, we bags oe space in front oe him, but he stopped daed. 2 occasions he had a chance to boot it in, once in the box only 10 yards oot and he didna.

Cracker free-kick fae Keatings, I was busy watchin McMullan trying to show the Ref that the wall wasnae 10 yards back, (so were the Dumbarton players) when Keatings took the kick.

Ref. Chunt. They got away with 4 handballs. Persistant timewasting fae the keeper and the chunt on the right takin the throw-ins. Lino on the JK side should be giving his wages to charity. Only ever lifted his flag for a throw after the Ref, and never once flagged for a corner.

MOTM for me the day King.

Re: Utd v Dumbarton - Saturday 9th September

Ain of the worst first halves I have had to endure in my entire lifetime of going to the fitba. Phukin awful. What was he thinking setting the team up like that ? Dire , dire stuff.

Slightly better in the second but FFS no way good enough for Dundee United.

I have been patient with Ray, like others, despite the shite, but he is rightly teetering on the brink here.

Absolutely effin awful.

Re: Utd v Dumbarton - Saturday 9th September

What the absolute fuck was that? We even managed to turn almost every 2nd half improvement into a hopeless fail.

If Harry Lewis hadn't tipped onto the bar  we'd be beaten today. The young keeper has us 2 points off the top, without him we'd have lost or drawn earlier games. His efforts have probably masked the start of the season.

Ray needs to change tactics drastically, even mix them up a bit, this isn't bad luck, we've been lucky to gain 10 points .

Can't just carry on hoping this predictable style will work. Fed up thinking how opposition managers must love their team talks and counter tactics when they play us.

Re: Utd v Dumbarton - Saturday 9th September

That first half i watched yesterday is up with 1 if not the worst performances from a utd team. Fucking ridiculous.

This genuinely might be the worst goal DUFC have ever conceded.

A bundle of fau-pas if you like. Dumbo player falls on his @rse, Murdo looses his balance,  Quinn's haeder is mince, where the phuck us Edge, Harry doesna collect, Robson misses.

Re: Utd v Dumbarton - Saturday 9th September

Couldn't motivate myself to go on Saturday, listened to it on Arabzone; so so dire.

Why can't we go 442 and just attack teams?  High-tempo attacking football, it's surely not that hard in this league with the players we have?
