Re: New Stadium

The free stands (Cox & Shankly) are not FunFC's property if they're ever to be moved from The Dump.
Just in case they were  thinking of taking them to Campy.

Oh dear, at least the auldhunstand and the midden look like theyd be easy to convert to flat pack form (a strong wind should do it)

They could move them to the Noo Campy in a fleet of shopping trolleys 😁

Think folk are also forgetting that the Dees have a long lease with Benet on Dens and they would have buy themselves out of that, more cash spent for no return....

The Dees have always found it easy to wriggle out of ways of paying cash that they are due to others in the past.......

Re: New Stadium

Asked my next door neebor who's an Architect on Commercial buildings. He tells me that his firm would normally charge between 8% - 10%  percent for the plans and professional fees. Which is between £1.6M and £2M for a project such as this just for the plans. Don't know what Dens is worth ATM, or what Bennett would be asking for it to buy it outright, but surely would it only be a fraction of that. I mean they might get an extra 4k seats, but that would workout at 5 Grand a seat.
