If they're gonna make folk queue for the GF at the club shop is it any wonder folk go into the JK instead?  I'm not queueing for 20mins to walk round the other side of the ground to queue again, when I can just cross the street and get straight in.

I agree with your point tho, it's, like everything at Tannadice, a shambles.
