Possibly Pat but oor local papers don't usually print on the back of pish like that. Ken their not liked or respected but their predictions are further of on this one than usual.

Watched RMcK's Azone press session and nae mair clues on this. Disapointed on clarity but like that we are doing our buisness quietly without hyping up every prospect.
Frustrating though.
He said we'd like to bring in 4 new players, happy if we get 3 of the 4 then later when quized on positions to strengthen says 2 strikers, one possibly two midfielder and a Goalkeeper so 5.
Obviously being realistic and thinking what you want & get are different and what you promise should be carefully done.

Looking for creative players that can break down defencive tactics better than last year and beat players one on one & two on one to open up the opposition better. That's why i hope we get Fyvie and similar.

What maks u think he's a creative player? Anytime I've seen um (Aberdeen semi) or anytime he played us last season He ALWAYS went backwards or sideways and going beh what hibs fans are saying aboot him ehm right. Ehm no saying he'll no be a good signing fir us just that he'll no be the 'creator' your thinking. A better version oh Telfer IMO

Fyvie only scored 3 goals last season (2 in the Championship and 1 in the Irn Bru Cup).

He definitely ISN'T the creative player some folk think we might be getting.

I don't really rate him tbqh.He's always flattered to decieve for me.

If it happens so be it.He gets backed like everyone else and i hope to be pleasantly surprised.

I can't say i will be shedding any tears if the move falls through though (and i get the distinct feeling it may have judging by the delay in any announcement).
