Gutted. That display, second half especially was dreadful.
I honestly thought we were going to do it.

Fucking right its a bad thing. I fear for our future now. We had to go up. The whole fucking board and the manager need punted.
Id rather give it to these arabtrust cunts than thompson and his lackies
If we had gone up do you think our future would be secure? Even with those punted as you suggest we would still be lumbered with a useless bunch of players. We couldn't afford to pay them off, nor could we afford to replace them. I'm no expert on this matter by any means but to me we need a manager who can motivate his players, and a board who would offer him every encouragement. Sadly it's apparent that that manager isn't McKinnon. And what manager in his right mind would jump at the chance to be United's boss?
Ach, fuck it. Ken what? I'm just about beyond caring. Half the world's getting attacked and blown up by a bunch of homicidal fucking maniacs, and we're all foaming at the mouth about something equally beyond our control. For over seventy years I've followed the fortunes of United throuh good times and bad, but I tell you.....the best thing about banging your head off a brick wall is how bloody good it feels when you stop!

Awful,awful,awful today (yet again).
Looked like a team could who could play all day and all night and not score.
Defence and Keeper actually played not bad imo.
But we have NOTHING in midfield at all and this effects both us keeping the ball away from our penalty box at one end and getting it into the oppositions frequently at the other.
A a consequences our only real gameplan was hoofball to Mikkelsen and their centre halves lapped that up.
They were no great shakes either but Cammy Bell kept us in it today and at the other end their Keeper didn't have a save of note to make bar the deflected shot off of his own players stuck-out boot.
No goals against Hamilton over 2 legs.
We got what we deserved.
NOTHING.

not sure much will happen - few players gone. maybe admin but nothing that will change club!
admin must be a possibility?
Ok i'll put the question out there. ( im not advocating it btw) would admin now be such a bad thing??

We go again, am I right???

In disbelief really with that display considering what was on the line. Only now calmed down a bit.
Hamilton were brutal. We were fucking worse. Chairman, board, manager, players... none of them are fit for our club and we are stuck with the lot of them. Do we survive another year down here or what?

Seek.
I don't buy the fitness thing, the problems today came from McKinnon getting his tactics wrong and the problems of lack of pace/width and lack of quality in midfield. These problems have been there all season. Both strikers were crap as well.
Punt: Everyone apart from Bell, Edge, Durnan, Fraser. Possibly keep Murdoch at RB, Robson, Allardice, Coote and Ballantyne. That was easy.
I've tried to give Charlie Telfer and Blair Spittal a chance but I'm afraid today just encapsulated everything wrong with those two. Shiting out of challenges, giving the ball away and poor decision making. Jackie McNamara's two marquee signings. Says it all.
Maybe one day a Utd manager will suss out that playing with two decent wingers and two strikers gets you in behind teams like Hamilton.
I think the fans are entitled to an explanation about what actually happened during the January transfer window. Make no mistake, that was the defining point of our season and the loss of Smith and Tope weakened our squad at a time when we should've strengthened. If those two had been on the bench today and came on we'd have got a lift, no mistake. The whole thing was a total farce.
As for admin being a good thing; no way, not ever. People lose jobs, creditors, usually local businesses lose out. So long as we can pay our bills, it should never be seen as an option. Immorral.

January is absolutely where our season went wrong. I think it's obvious though, we got rid of high earning fringe players to bring in low earning fringe players to save money & I don't believe that was Rays call.

bloody joke.
whoever wrote that needs shot. It will be up to the fans if and when we decide to rally behind anything. At the moment, theres about 5 players to rally around.... on the day of a gutless defeat is not the time for that line

Is the "Reporter" Tommy McKay on the official the guy with one leg?

I don't think I'm exaggerating to say the majority of posters on here had us closer to relegation than promotion before a ball was kicked this season.
Short memories about just how bad we were last season.
Hamilton deserved to stay up over the 180 minutes.

I'm just so glad Ray didn't cut off his nose to spite his face, otherwise we might have lost today and had to stay down for another season

no - not if it gets rid of the thick cunt that is our chairman
There are better ways of getting rid. Fan pressure, real pressure would force his hand, As a support we do not have it in us to do this tho.

Admin would be a disaster.
We'd start on a minus points.
Not promotion next season would finish us off. We'd be down for years and years.

For me, Simon Murray & Tony Andreu looked like they were trying not to get injured.
Back 4 and Bell were solid enough. Bell still doesn't command his box and come for crosses enough. Puts us under pressure. If, as was rumoured, MK dons were in for him and offered cash, i'd take yer hand off.
Middle to front we had nothing., We looked like a team of players who were out of contract and not giving every ounce they could give. I cant accept that.
Also McKinnons post match excuse 'ran out of steam' - used 1 subby? Montaefuck. No buying it. We only played 1 more game than hamilton. Its not weighted in favour of prem side.
We just simply weren't at it.
